I don't think it's a good sibset. Roxanna is punchy and overt and Lydia is shy and subtle. I don think they go at all.

I don't think the names really work together at all. Lydia is more timeless and classic, whereas Roxanna is more spunky and you don't hear it used much. I think the following names would work with Roxanna:
