Even though I don't really like both names, they make sense together. But why don't you spell it Roxana? I think this variant looks much more classic and would therefore fit the classy Lydia even better.Suggestions for a Roxan(n)a sibset:Roxan(n)a & Adelina
Roxan(n)a & Alexandra - no clue whether you think of the repeating "xan" sound as weird, but I think it would be kind of cute/interesting
Roxan(n)a & Aline
Roxan(n)a & Antonia
Roxan(n)a & Corinna
Roxan(n)a & Eugenia
Roxan(n)a & Gabriela
Roxan(n)a & Irina
Roxan(n)a & Marina
Roxan(n)a & Melitta
Roxan(n)a & Valentina
Roxan(n)a & Valeria
Roxan(n)a & Xenia - similar to the Alexandra case

I don't think it's a good sibset. Roxanna is punchy and overt and Lydia is shy and subtle. I don think they go at all.

I don't think the names really work together at all. Lydia is more timeless and classic, whereas Roxanna is more spunky and you don't hear it used much. I think the following names would work with Roxanna: Phoebe
Chloe
Cleo
Daphne
Ivy
Imogen
Jasmine
Juliet
Joy
Tess / Tessa
Tabitha
Emmeline
Estelle
Evelina
Adeline
Ada
Alice
Audrey
Willow
Felicity
Freya
Gemma
Hazel
Heidi
Keziah
Lila
Lola
Lucinda
Zelda
Celeste
Violet
Bianca
Matilda
Madeleine
Maisie
Millie

Roxanna and Lydia are really cute together! My only caveat would be that Lydia is much more popular than Roxanna. For a sibset with Roxanna, I also like Jane, Susan, Bethany, Alice, Simone, and Debora.
