Roxanna and Lydia are really cute together! My only caveat would be that Lydia is much more popular than Roxanna.

For a sibset with Roxanna, I also like Jane, Susan, Bethany, Alice, Simone, and Debora.

I don't think the names really work together at all. Lydia is more timeless and classic, whereas Roxanna is more spunky and you don't hear it used much. I think the following names would work with Roxanna:
