Ada or Edith? - I have both of these on my list. In real life I think I'd plan on Edith but when she was born I'd go with Ada.
Aina or Elsa? - I think I like Aina more.
Alice or Alix or Alys? - only Alys.
Cosima or Elvira or Ursula? - Ursula, it seems the most approachable. Cosima is so cold. Elvira is nice though.
Dagmar or Olga? - If I heard them in the original accents, I'm sure I'd prefer Dagmar. If I am saying them myself in my own accent, definitely Olga.
Eleonora or Isadora or Theodora? - Theodora is nice. Eleonora is stuffed with an extra syllable, and Isadora is sadly misspelled. I'd rather Isidora than Theodora, though.
Elisabeth or Ester? - Elisabeth.
Helena or Ilona? - Helena
Jane or Mary? - Mary, though I like both.
Josephine or Persephone? - neither please.
Juliana or Lavinia or Minerva? - Juliana sounds nicest by far.
Salome or Zénaïde? - Zénaïde
Saskia or Sylvia? - Sylvia
Vanamo or Vellamo? - Venamo, what a neat name.

Alfons / Alphonse or Alfred? - Alfred.
Andrei or Nikolai? - Nikolai
Casimir / Kasimir or Constantin / Konstantin? - Constantin
Frederick or Henry? - Frederick. Henry is appealing on other people but not a fave of mine
Gustaf / Gustav or Svante? - Svante. What a cool name, I haven't seen ever before!
Javier or Johannes? - Javier
Kaspar or Oskar? - tough choice! I like both. I'd be slightly more comfy with Oskar.
Tapio or Untamo? - Tapio. Partly because forest god, partly because Untamo looks like untamed in English and that's sort of droll.
