I think it's beautiful. It's close enough to familiar names, such as Christina, that it doesn't seem out there, yet it isn't too popular either.Combos:

I love Athena, its beautiful, I think it sounds ethereal and regal. My next door neighbours have a little girl named Athena, she’s seven, her siblings are Leo, Felice, and Marilena (called Mina). Their family is Greek and Italian. I agree with the previous response that I wouldn't go with obvious Greek gods/goddesses for the siblings, as it would just be too much. By obvious I mean Athena and Apollo is over the top, Athena and Chloe isn’t so cheesy. Unless of course you're Greek and the names are common place where your from. Middle name ideas:
Athena Josephine
Athena June
Athena Madeleine
Athena Naomi
Athena Ruby
Athena Violet - I'm quite fond of this
Siblings:
Athena and Clara
Athena and Iris
Athena and Lydia
Athena and Sylvia
Athena and Veronica Athena and Benedict
Athena and Edward
Athena and Miles
Athena and Theodore
Athena and Vincent

I like it a lot. My cousin's wife is named Athena. It's unique without being weird, I feel. As for middle names, I'd go with something more common to balance it out. Athena Sophia sounds nice. Or Athena Elizabeth. And I would never ever give other siblings god/goddess names like this. But that's just me. I think too much matching is tacky.
