What would you name...
two brothers to Romilly, Josephine, Viola, and August? August is, of course, the only boy.
And, if you have time, how do you think the above names work together?
Much obliged!

Thank you! I only wish Louis weren't so popular, or else he would definitely be much, much higher up on my list.
Josephine, Viola and August all share an old fashioned romantic quality. On its own Romilly sounds like a modern hipster, but when combined with the other three names into a sibling set, it takes on a stately Victorian feel and reminds me more of the classical scholar Jacqueline de Romilly then it does alone. In order to go along with the other names, I would give the two brothers old fashioned English names that are a tad unusual now days.

Thank you! Such fabulous suggestions! I'm liking Magnus, Frederick, Gilbert, Laurence and Hugo especially.
Sebastian and Gilbert are great ideas! Thaddeus too.
I actually thought about that when suggesting Xavier, but I can still picture it on a old man/someone of a different time period- which is the impression I get from Josephine, Viola, and August. I tried to include names that could play both roles (feel antique but also sound sort of modern) and bridge the gap between Romilly and the others
The first two names that come to mind are Cecil and Peter.
Thank you!
Simon
Tobias
They're swell together.

Thank you!
Romilly seems a little out of place. The others work well.
Theodore & Felix
Theodore & Felix
Oh yes, Theodore! Good idea.
Thank you!
Romilly and Josephine seem very natural together. Romilly and Viola are also nice together. Viola and Josephine are a bit surprising, but I think Romilly bridges the gap, I think. August fits right in, I think. The set is wonderful.
I'd add two brothers from this list:
Sterling
Montgomery
Sullivan
Dermot
Alastair
Giles
Felix
Calloway
Callahan
Spencer
Simon
Oliver

Thank you! Alastair and Montgomery are lovely.
They work quite nicely together. Romilly is perhaps a little more modern sounding than the others but I don't think it detracts from the set.

Jarvis and Flynn
Thanks!
I think the names work nicely together. As for two more additions, I quite like Edgar and Leopold or Felix and Edmund.
Thank you! Felix and Edmund have both been such popular suggestions!
