Instead of
Thomas, you may want to use a first name that is more similar to your living son's (a twin name) and add
Nathan as a middle name to that. That would be more personal than
Thomas (unless the living twin is named
Timothy,
Dominic, etc.). (I don't know your living twin's first name, or I would offer more specific suggestions.)
