Kelila Maeve instead of Kelila Mavis (or maybe Kelila Mary to keep the English/Hebrew combo; I just really hate Mavis)
Tova / Tovah Alice instead of Tovia Alice
Claire Shoshana instead of Claire Shoshannah
Johanna Rebecca instead of Johanna Rebekka --Rebekka looks tryndee and odd to me, even though I know it's legit.
Eleanor Mele instead of Eleonora Mele (I do love Eleonora, but it's kind of a mouthful here)
Kalani Maria / Marisa instead of Kalani Mariska --Mariska is so hissy, and it's a nickname to boot.
Amelia / Amalia / Amelie / Emilia Katharine instead of Aemilia Katharine --Aemilia just looks odd to me, and I have no idea how it's supposed to be pronounced. My instinct is ay-MEE-lee-ah, which I like at all.
Mixing and matching, I'd love these:

I agree with you on a lot of the tweaks. I painted myself into a corner with the categories I chose to combine. So that's where a lot of the klunkiness comes from. at least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
Your list is fabulous. I would list the ones I like most, but I'd just be repeating the whole list. OK, if you force me, I'd say my very favorite is Caterina Maeve. I don't know why I adore mixing Irish and Spanish names so much. And that's a great one. Again, muchas gracias! :0)
