Are those initials meaningful to you?

Roland Radley or Roland Reilly nn Rory? - I like alliterative combos and they both sound okay to me. Not sure that Roland needs shortening, but with the middle names Rory works for me as an nn, and it's much nicer than Roly.
Briallen Ever? - not keen on Briallen and really don't like Ever - odd word for a name and sounds like badly-pronounced Heather
River Anne / Anneliese - Anneliese is better imo, sounds more balanced somehow.
Rain - nms, but I can see it working for you - nature name, follows an 'a as second letter' pattern with the first names you already have.

Roland Radley - I like the alliteration, but I really dislike Radley. I even like Boo Radley, but Radley itself is just... silly.
Roland Reilly - Like this a lot. I do really like Roland, it's so regal but still down to earth. Of course I've never let myself love it too much because of our last name! Ha!
