Rain or Paige
If you had to choose between Rain and Paige, which one and why? For a girl. You can alter spellings but only to Raine and Page (I don't really like any other spellings, Rayne and especially not Reign etc).Which one is more common?Which one gives you a nicer image or a nicer color? Can you pair them with a nice middle name? Just choose any you like that you think would go well with them. Thanks :)

Neither one is even slightly popular where I live.Paige is less silly than Rain, so, yeah, Paige.

I'd pick Paige. I like it, and I don't like Rain.Paige is definitely more common, though it's no Isabella or Jacob. It's right at the bottom of the top 100 while the most common spelling of Rain is only in the upper 800s. Paige gives me a nicer image. I like rain (the weather) well enough. I'm sick in bed with strep right now listening to rain patter against the window; it's cozy. That said, I still find it dreary, washed out, and sort of limp. It's something I can only take in small doses before I start praying for sunshine. One reason I've always liked Paige is that I've always felt sounds brisk, bright, strong, and high-energy. I'd much rather be a Paige than a Rain.

Rain hands down. Paige just reminds me of "pig" too much.

-Paige. Rain is a bit too hippie-dippy for my personal taste.-I'd say Paige is more common, but it's not TOO common. I've only met a handful in my lifetime.-Definitely Paige. Rain gives me a nice image , but Paige is brighter and happier. And it's pink. :)

RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!I love Rain and I don't really like Paige. I like Page (and Raine) but I still like Rain/Raine over Page.Paige is definitely more common. I know a few girls named Paige but I have never met anyone named Rain.Rain gives me a nicer image. It's more soft and naturey. Paige gives me a teenager/preteen vibe, which I don't really like. Page fixes that for me, but I still like Rain better :) Both names are kind of blue to me, but Rain is slightly darker while Paige is more baby blue/pastel.Rain Andromeda
Rain Ophelia
Rain Lenora
Rain Siobhan
Raine Liora
Raine MirandaPage Rhiannon

I'd go with Raine... The roots of Paige having boy in the meaning would give me an aversion to using it, despite the fact that Paige itself otherwise sounds nice. To me Raine is a real name and Rain would be a hippy-sounding word name. Page just looks silly as a name. However, Raine is a little bit nicknamey to me and I tend to think of it as a nn for Lorraine, but it can kinda stand on its own.Charissa
