Lula- I've known some dogs named Lula, but I can't imagine it on a purpose. Too cutesy. Doesn't age well.
Josephine -Okay. I like the nn Josie.
Poppy -leaning from neutral into like territory.
Luna -cute and better than Lula, for sure.
Sophia -nice. Wish it weren't so popular.
Arlo -prefer on a boy. Seems like trying too hard to be cool on a girl.
Anna -fine
Saoirse -nms, but nothing against it
Victoria -probably a fine name, but personally ruined by association.
Rose -like it, especially as a first name

Ralph -not sure how you're saying it, but like the RAYF pronunciation a little bit; don't like the RALF pronunciation at all.
Arthur -aardvark
Joshua -meh, boring
William -nice, but needs to be paired with something more "original"
Kit -love it, but prefer it as short for something
Jamie -nms, but like James.
Michael -meh, no thanks
Jack -okay
Sidney -like it
