It has a beautiful sound, and one of my favourite names is Gwen on its own.
I personally wouldn't use it, I'm not generally fond of long first names and this name for me is quite pretentious. Also to be associated with a literary character, who in later versions of the myth, has become synonymous with adultery. But I met a young Ophelia the other day, and she pulled it off rather well, and Guinevere has more NN options.

An old combo of mine was Rose Guinevere. I liked how simple and pretty Rose had the long Guinevere behind her.
