What would you name siblings or twins using pairings from the new England and Wales popularity ranks? (i.e. #1 Amelia and Oliver, #17 for Wales Freya and Archie, etc.)

I can only go by Ottilie's post here, since Nameberry is inaccessible for me now. Every time I go there, a "Security Error" pops up that I can't click out of so I end up having to shut my machine down. Is this just me? I've noticed other people here still linking to Nameberry, so I'm kind of curious how widespread it is, if at all.
