Story: Princess and the Pea

A year ago, Prince Rowan's father got ill and passed away, leaving the throne to Rowan who was the only child. Rowan and Annabelle were crowned in a special ceremony as King and Queen. They also found out just after they were expecting another child. Queen Annabelle went into labor a month early on a trip to Ireland with King Rowan. She gave birth to a son Prince Desmond David Oisin (Desmond is an Irish name and Oisin means "little deer") and was surprised by the birth of a daughter too, Princess Shannon Rose Clara (Shannon after the river and Clare after the town where she was born). Both the new Prince and Princess are healthy and the new (bigger) family made their way home.
The Kingdom was shocked but happy to hear of the arrival of Prince Desmond and Princess Shannon. The new King and Queen also talked long and seriously about which child will inherit the throne. They made the announcement not long after the twins birth that Princess Elizabeth would inherit the throne after her father, leaving the Kingdom in shock. King Rowan told the Kingdom he talked to all the children and 12 year-old Princess Elizabeth stood out as the one to take over the throne. Prince Gabriel or Prince Miles will step in if anything should happen to Princess Elizabeth. Eventually the Kingdom warmed to the idea and are happy with the decision. Prince Gabriel even said his older sister was "meant to be a Queen" and was not upset by the decision. Many are now after Princess Elizabeth's hand in marriage, Rowan and Annabelle don't want their children to marry for power, but rather love so they are letting Elizabeth decide. Crown Princess Elizabeth will not make her decision immediately and agreed to only marry after 18.
