[Opinions] First babies of 2023's names
I've been doing some research and I managed to find out the names of the first babies of 2023 in many countries.
Feel free to give your opinion about any of these names: what do you think of them? Do you like any? Do you find any of them interesting or intriguing? What are your favourites? Also, if you know the names of the first babies in other countries feel free to share them.Note: I put the names in alphabetical order, it has nothing to do with the birth order.Argentina

I don't mean to be rude but whoever named their daughter "Oracle" is just weird... if it's after Barbara Gordon from DCU even Barbara would have been better imo. I've heard a Mystique before too. This recent last few years of superhero Alias names is just odd.

Oracle is no weirder than Sybil.Okay... it's a little bit weirder, because there's a tech company called Oracle and no tech company called Sybil. But I've never heard of the superhero and suspect the vast majority of people haven't either.

Oracle is another name for Batgirl! 😅😉

Never underestimate the power of the DCU and MCU fandoms

I read the mother chose the name Oracle because she believed the baby was "a messenger of grace". But yes, I absolutely agree with you, it's very weird.

I love Brook (though I do prefer it with an e), really out of the spotlight so it’s great to see it being used. I also love
Luciana
Malakai (prefer Malachi but -kai might be easier to pronounce)
Lillian
Gabriel

I like these the most: Adalyn (f)

Johann

ElianaErick: I'm sorry, but this spelling, although legitimate, just looks like the parents couldn't decide between Eric and Erik. The only birth that I could find (a local one; same hospital where my sister had all her kids) was a girl named Hayden Elizabeth. Not fond of Hayden, especially on a girl.

Thanks for sharing the local birth you could find. I'm not really into Hayden either, but I do prefer it on girls rather than boys.
