If you had a baby born at Christmas...?
Would you use a name such as Angela Noelle?

I wouldn't, but just for the sake of fun, if I were to pick a Christmas name it would be:Cedar Garland Winter
Aspen Vesper Snow

I might consider Mary.

Natalia Eve or Noel Christopher (although I don't really care for that one)

Nah. That's too cheesy for me. I'd stick with my favorites and avoid anything Christmas themed.

Absolutely not. Nor would I use, for instance, Pascal for an Easter baby. Maybe if I were Christian ... but even the majority of Christians I know would find it excessive. And it's never safe to assume that a child will follow its parents' religion, politics etc, so giving it a label name is a definite risk.Christiana is a family name for me, but not one I'd ever use. Pity - it's got an interesting history - but I don't want people to make unwarranted assumptions about me or my kids.

No, I might use Angela or Noelle but not together. Actually I'd not use Noelle, because I find it cheesy. I see Noel/Noelle for Christmas babies but I never see Natalie. I wonder why.

I'd be more apt to use my everyday favorites. However, if the mood struck I might use something like Winter, Dove, Snow, Noel, Holly, or Ivy as a middle name.

Doubtful. It seems cheesy.

No. Most Christmassy names I really don't like, and I'm not religious, anyway, so Christmas doesn't mean much to me aside from the general cultural and commercial aspect. Like, if the child was born in spring, I wouldn't call them Flora, and if they were born in winter I wouldn't call them Winter. The time of year a baby is born wouldn't make any difference to me.

If I had a baby born on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, I can see myself using Noel or Noelle as a middle name. I like Noel, Noelle not so much. But I can still see myself using Noelle as a middle name. It would have to be either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, though, not just anytime in December.

I would name them whatever I would have named them otherwise. I do like a few cute Christmas-y names, like Joy, Holly, and Merry. But not enough to be swayed by the time of year to choose them over my regular favorites.

I would use the names I like the most, no matter if it's Christmas or just a boring Monday morning.
But, to go with the theme: Felix Nicklas Noel or Noelle Anna FelicityNicklas because it's my brother's name, and because of Santa Claus. Anna because it's my MN (and a family name). And I guess Felix/Felicity could be honoring too since my other MN is Felicia. I wouldn't use them for honoring purpose though.

Only if I already liked the name and would have wanted to use it for any baby regardless of when it was born.
My cousin Holly Noelle was born at Xmastime. I don't know if she'd have been named any differently if she wasn't born at that time.
However, a combo like Holly Noelle is so obviously Xmas-related it would seem odd to use it at any other time, unlike either one of the names by itself with a different second name.

No, I wouldn't use Angela Noelle. I'd use Clara Winter or something.

EmmanuelI don't know why but i've always had a fixation on Emmanuel for a christmas baby. Maybe because of the christmas carol o come Emmanuel..Or i'd go Emmanuelle, too bad my husband hates both names :( he usually has great taste.

Ahhh. Love Emmanuel, it has a soft strength to it. :)

Haha no, definitely not. I'd just use my favourite name, like I would at any other time of the year. I do like Holly as a middle name.. but I think I like others more.

Absolutely not.

I might consider Christina, Holly, Nicholas, or Maria since I am fond of those names anyway.

I wouldn't use Angela Noelle though it is very decent and flows amazingly. I just prefer othersFor a girl maybe
Holly (though would get mixed up with my mom and her twin. Their names, Molly & Polly)
Winter (Christmas during winter)Boy: Cole? The infamous joke of 'if you don't behave, you're going to find coal in your stocking' haha
I love the name Cole anyway and don't mind the strong association of Coal at all. People say Cole reminds them too much of Coal as though that's suppost to be a bad thing ...
I would name a boy Cole regardless of the month or holiday though (: (:

No. I would use my favorite name, regardless of what time of year it was.

I answered his question. His question was not "what winter themed names do you like?" It was "would you name a Christmas baby something like Angela Noelle?"Since you're often getting whiny about people not answering the question, it'd help a lot if you paid attention to what the questions actually are.

I've read every response so far and they've all answered the OP's question, so I don't know what you mean by "unlike some people". You don't need to be so hostile.
