I don't think you should use the name London at all on a British girl, and Hayden, Peyton and Riley are a bit too masculine, while Quinn and Noelle seem rather girly to me. Morgan is best-suited, in my opinion, but I dislike the name.
What about Rachel, Zoe, Ruby, Isabel, Scarlett or Tegan?

London isnt a name that a teenage english girl would have

Samantha - Sam ( I know three teenage girls with this name and Nickname)

I think it would be incredibly prentious and tacky to name a British character London, sorry. Also, though I don't really like it for either gender, it's a boys' name to me.

Out of these names, I like Noelle and Morgan the best. Quinn is OK, too.

I like the name London for a boy and a girl but prefer it on a boy. I do think that it seems silly to name a Brithish character London when there are so many great British names. I LOVE Hayden for a boy, LOVE Morgan for a boy, like Peyton for a boy, like Payton for a girl, really like Quinn for a boy, kind of like Quinn for a girl and LOVE Riley for a boy.

I definitely wouldn't use it for a British character - to be honest I would assume a character called London was most likely American! Naming people after British towns definitely isn't a British trend.

Of the others on your list I would say most of them sound like more American names too, they are all quite uncommon over here (I'm in the UK). I do know of 2 Haydens, but they are both men!

As Elinor said, none of those sound decidedly "British" to me. And imo, a name doesn't have to be unisex to suit a tomboy. Neely popped into my mind, though, and Evie. Good luck deciding.

Trust me, you'd never see London on a British girl. None of the others are very common over here at all, apart from maybe Morgan. For a tomboy whose name can be combinved with a mn, I'd go with Amy.

London is never used as a given name in Britain, so it wouldn't be at all convincing. Peyton, Quinn, Hayden and Riley are also very American names. I have never seen Peyton or Quinn on either sex in Britain, or a female Riley.

Morgan has only gained popularity in the past 5 years or so, and Noelle is rare, but they're the most believable of the bunch. I'd go with Noelle Summerfield.

People who actually live in or near London would be among the least likely to see London as being an appropriate name for a child.

Of the names you have given, I think that Morgan and Noelle are the only ones that would be likely to turn up on a girl in England at this time. What time period is your story set in?
