Re: Sibling Name
I really like Grace, Hope, Beth, and Rosie. I actually really enjoy the cohesion of Benjamin, Margaret, and Elizabeth as Ben, Meg and Beth - they are all so sweetly classic together. I would like Elisabeth "Beth" a touch more than Elizabeth, although I suppose it hardly matters, really - most people would spell it Elizabeth anyway! Alexander is good too, but I'd go with Alec. Ben, Meg, and Alec? Such classy. I'm pretty wild about adding a Sam. I love the name Sam, and Sammy. It's so friendly. Theodore "Teddy" is also aces.Other ideas (of what I'd like to add to the set):Annemarie "Annie"
Virginia "Ginny"
Roberta "Robin"
Gertrude "Trudy"
Mildred "Millie"
Judith "Judy, Jude"
Hester
Beatrice "Bea"Isaac "Ike"
Henry
Peter "Pete"
Nathaniel "Nate"
Robert "Robin"
Frederick "Fred"
Abraham "Abe"
Gabriel "Gabe"
Bartholomew "Bart"
Emmett
Charles "Charlie"
Tobias or Tobiah "Toby"
Leonard "Leo, Len"
Andrew "Andy"

Thanks, I also think Beth goes really well, and even though most people do seem to think it's too matchy it wouldn't stop me from using it if that's what seemed right. I love Alec too, maybe more than Alex, but I was just feeling Alex right now. I like just Al too. :)So are you aware that Annemarie and Virginia were the two back-up names for Meg? Ha. For some reason they're not at the top of my list anymore though. Peter and Charles have been ones I'd use in the past too, but don't love them so much anymore.Abraham. That's one I've been considering adding to my list of names I'd use. I might prefer Bram as a nn though, but again with the matchy sounds. Also I think it might be "too Biblical," so that when along with Ben's name it makes Margaret seem the odd one out.
