Caleb
Slightly bored, though I'd do this little post. What are your thoughts on the name, Caleb? Mine: I've always viewed it as decent name. I've always admired it though never to to an obsessive amount. Haha. My brother-in-law has this name (Caleb Andrew) and he's currently the only one I know of. He has two younger brothers named Jacob & Justin and their parents are Andrew & Cheryl. I personally never liked the name Cheryl, sounds completely outdated and just has that "ick factor" The rest of the names are good IMO

I really like Caleb!Don't think I know one in real life though it's been inside the Top 100 in England for the past seven years!Caleb dips in and out of my personal Top Ten usually interchanging with other C/K names I love such as Cade, Kaden, Carter, and Cassidy.

I'm tired of it. I know several little Calebs, one of whom is my nephew. I like Cheryl a lot

It's actually a nice name. I never really thought of it as bad or overrated, and I'm not even a fan of most "modern" names. Overall it's a nice name.--------Audrey, Martha, Sibyl, Phoebe, Veronica, Jacqueline, Victoria, Clara, Apolonia, Tracy, Annette, Nancy, EulaliaAnthony, Sergio, Alexander, Dominick, Vincent, Matthew, Christopher, Russell, Randall, Nicholas, Bogdan----------------Rate my PNL: http://www.behindthename.com/pnl/166097/112886

Eh. It's a nice, strong name - that I don't really like. Ever since I found out it mean "dog" I was kinda turned off. Meanings are not everything but this is one name that I just cannot seem to forget the meaning. I do have a childhood friend named Joshua Caleb and I always thought that was a handsome combo, even though it is in-your-face Moses story. Cheryl - Not a fan, but it's interesting that BtN lists this as possibly influenced by Beryl. It would be interesting to live in a period in which Beryl is so used that people need to make variants on it! I DO like Beryl, but not Cheryl.

Caleb has a sweetness/softness to me; it's endearing. I like the meaning too, regardless of if it means "dog" or "all of heart".
