Most classic names would work fine in both the US and Sweden (and most of the Western world).
Thomas
David
Daniel
Alexander
John
Jack
Patrick
Nicholas
Joel
Noah
Lucas
Oscar
Victor
Emma
Sophia
Elisabeth
Emily or Emilie (the latter is more common in Sweden)
Ella
Anna
Hannah
Alexandra
Julia
You could also take a look at the top 100 in Sweden 2013 to get some idea of the names common/popular here. There are quite a few names that would work just fine in both countries.

Are you living in Sweden? I'm Swedish and I've been living here my whole life, and I would stay away from Aina. First of, it strikes me more as Finnish than Swedish. I've never met a Swede with this name - only elder women from Finland. And it's also a slang term for "police" which mostly immigrants use.
I do love Stella though, and I have a soft spot for Freya and Signe, too. The boys names are great.
Other ideas:
Oskar / Oscar
Viktor / Victor

Yes, I live in Sweden and I am also Swedish. One of my grandfather's sisters was called Aina, they lived in Bohuslän, so it is not (only) a Finnish name to me. I didn't know it was slang for police though.
Out of your names I like Vilhelm, Elias, Sofia, Alice and Lydia. Many of the other names are "taken" by family or close friends.
