What do you think?Would you use it? What nn would you use? What about a mn?I think it's really classy but I'm not sure. Thanks :)

I think Vivienne is lovely and is so much prettier, imo, than Vivian (the same reason why I prefer Madeleine over Madeline -- love the 'enne' sound). The nn Vivi is cute too. Still, I think I'd use it in the middle.

I love Vivienne with that spelling. I would use it.

It's ok. If I had enough children to make it that far down my name list, why not? (though I'd be more inclined to use Vivian, I consider Vivienne quite acceptable) I guess if one must use a nn, Viv works.
I'd use Airi (eye-ree) as a mn and use the kanji for love and village.

I do think of Vivienne as classy. I would consider using it as a middle name. I pronounce Vivienne with the stress on the last syllable so I have a harder time pairing her as a first name, but I'll try...Vivienne Audra or Audrey
Vivienne Cara
Vivienne Dulcie
Vivienne Goldie
Vivienne Honor
Vivienne Ione
Vivienne Julia
Vivienne Laura
Vivienne Moira
Vivienne Opal
Vivienne Sylvie

It's lovely, but I hope that it doesn't become really popular like Lillian and Evelyn already have.I like Viv as a nickname for Vivienne.Vivienne Clara and Vivienne Flora are two combos that I really like.

I've grown bored with this name.I still like it, but I've heard it so much the past few years it's wearing me out. I blame the Jolie-Pitts.Vi is a cute NN, though.

I think it's beautiful. Realistically I can't use Vivien / Vivienne though because my sister is Olivia nn Liv / Livvy, and a Vivienne of mine would get Viv / Vivi. :(I think it's extremely user-friendly (various spellings aside) and would be a great name to live with.

I do really like it, but I have a good friend of mine whose husband is Vivian, so it's ruined it for me. Not that he isn't a nice person, just now, I think of a male. :)

I think it's really pretty and feminine without being too frilly, so I like it a lot, and I agree that it's classy.I would not use it myself because it sounds very strange with my last name, but otherwise I might consider it. I think Viv and Vivi are cute nicknames.Vivienne Rose
Vivienne Matilda
Vivienne Leticia
Vivienne Mariah

It's great. I know a six-year-old Vivian.I'd use Vivien rather than Vivienne, because I would say Vivienne with the stress on the ENNE part, and I don't like that. And I have a soft spot for Vivian as a male name.

Male that Vivien, and I'm with you. Probably only as a mn, because I'm not keen on Viv or Vivi, and they seem practically impossible to avoid, not to mention the reverse of classy.I've known a Vivienne Joy, a Vivienne Ruth and a Vivien Margaret (I think!). And others that I don't know the mns of.

I tend to think of it as a very classy, feminine name. That particular spelling makes me think of the designer Vivienne Westwood. I also think that spelling is used by Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt as one of their children's names. I prefer to spell it Vivien. I would call her Vivi, because it just rolls off of my tongue, and I like it a lot. :)Vivien Matilda
Vivien Zipporah
Vivien MaryThe last one is probably the one I would use, because I am currently obsessed with using Mary as a middle name...There are many middle names that would fit, it would just have to have meaning for you. :)

I like it! It become one my favorite names because I have an online friend with that name and she is the same age as me, which is 16! So she make the name more young and lively to me, which is awesome considering Vivian means lively! Also I like the Vivian spelling better, and I like the nicknames Vivi, and Vi!
