Helena
WDYT of Helena? It has been on my list for some time and lately it has been moving up towards the top spot. DH loves it, especially its connection to Greek mythology. I like its connection to Shakespeare. I like Helena Celeste as a combo and would appreciate your thoughts/feedback, as well as any other MN suggestions you think would work well with Helena.

It's a great name! I'd use it if the notion were to strike. Helena Celeste is very nice. I'd probably

I like it, but for some reason I wanna pronounce it like Elena but with an H. That appeals more to me. But yeah, it's a great name! Helena Celeste sounds great.

I love Helena. Which might be a bit odd, since I'm pretty sure the only Helena I've encountered irl I never particularly liked. But I always think of Helena Ravenclaw, and the name just sounds beautiful to me. I like Helen too, but Helena is just extra beautiful.I think Helena Celeste is nice.Other combo suggestions:Helena Joy / Helena Joyce

Helena Eloise
Helena Dawn
Helena Margret / Helena Marjorie
Helena Anne

Helena RueHelena Branwen and Helena Raven also sound nice, but are probably far too obvious references to Harry Potter. ;)

The pronunciation issues bug me. I like HELena but can't stand heLEEna, heLAIna etc. I find Helen much nicer and less in need of constant explanations.

I didn't expect anyone else to like Helena, or my chemical romance or anyone else to know what I was going on about. It's a nice surprise to meet a fellow fan. :)

God those quotes are gonna make me cry.But yeah, they're my favorite band! Helena is one of the best songs ever made, period. Have you been keeping up with the guys' solo stuff?
vote up1
Sorry, I love quotes from them, they mostly have the same effect on Mr though.Yeah, I've been keeping up with just Gerard and Frankie's solo stuff at the moment. I've listened to all Gerard's Album, and a quite a few of frnkiero andthe cellabration (I absolutely love Joyriding). I also like LeATHERM∅UTH so I guess I'm pretty up to date. I still need to listen to Electric Century, Death Spells etc. Also some more stuff by Mikey and Ray. Still I mostly just listen to MCR though.

Ray doesn't have much out at the moment. Last I knew, I was just two songs, For The Lost And Brave (tear-inducing, watch out) and Isn't That Something. Electric Century is life. I will drop everything to listen to an Electric Century song.I don't really like LeATHERMOUT, too loud for me. I do love frnkiero andthe cellebration, and Hesitant Alien is awesome.PS-You like Marvel too, right? If you do, and you've seen Age of Ultron and are maybe willing to cry a little, I made a Pietro Maximoff playlist on 8tracks called Save Yourself Tonight. If you wanna check it out.

How would you pronounce it? I love it pr. HEH-leh-na. Helena Celeste is beautiful.

HEH-leh-na is the pronunciation we would use :-)

I agree. Helena Celeste is beautiful, indeed. The only other possibility I have is Helena Christine (or however you would spell Christine).
