Wouldn't really, but if I had to I'd probably pick Lev and Lehava.Love both Noam and Neima but naming children names that are literally the same root is too much, even if they have to be matchy

I wouldn’t because I hate matchy names on twins, but if I were I would use two names that I already really like that start with the same letter like Levi and Lily.

I'd totally take the chance to use names that I've had to choose between because they're too close, so I'd go for...Lavender & Lysander!
