Brother for Theodora..
Husband and I are always talking about Theodore / Theodora and now I think I prefer Theodora for a girl than Theodore for a boy. Theodore is a bit more common, so i'm leaning towards Theodora for a girl. However that really leaves us with no number 1 boys name! Since Theodore has been our no.1 name for like 4 years! What would you pair with possible sister: Theodora Winifred Hilda / Theodora Daphne Hilda (or some combination)
We want to use 2 middle names and one of them HAS to be Stewart, the other middle names we are considering are: Gustav, Claude, PercivalOther names we like:
Barnaby / Barnabas
Ignatius
Wilfred
Abraham (still not 100% on this one)
Remus
Caspian
Bartholomew (ditto Abraham)
Rufus
Casper
We would love some new name suggestions! :) We love old, 'grandpa' names that are not commonly used!

I think if you are using Winifred, Wilfred is too close to be considered for a sibling. I think Theodora and Caspian go really well together. I personally would have Theodora Daphne Hilda and Caspian Stewart Claude.

ThanksI love:
Arthur - unfortunately it's our dogs name :(
Henry - getting a bit popular here.
Edmund - our guinea pigs name!
Jasper - love it but worried about popularity

Funny that your pets are named Arthur and Edmund because our cat is named Jasper!

Barnaby is good! I think Theodora would go well with biblical to medieval names - it'd be ludicrous with Jaden. So: Barnaby, maybe Bartlemy rather than Bartholomew, Antony, Thomas, Gregory or Gregor, Timothy, William, Robert, Oswald, Edward, Joseph, Walter. ETA there's always Simon.Barnaby Stewart Claude
Timothy Gustav Stewart

Bartlemy is actually really cool! I don't think i've heard of that one before! :DAntony is quite cool also
Joseph and Walter are also nice, the others are a bit too popular to use for me.Thanks! :)

Abner ftwI like all of these, honestly, except Barnaby / Barnabas which is silly, Remus, and I'm not so warm toward Bartholomew, either.Rufus is my favorite. Instead of Abraham, why not Abner? It's so much hotter. Like he has hot abs. :)

You're singin' my song, sister. Theodora is beautiful. I know a Theodora who goes by Dora. Her father insisted that the children's names mean "gift of God" so her brother is named Matthew. How about Matthias as a sibling for Theodora? Matthias Gustav Stewart? Matthias Gustav Schenk (= Stewart)?Barnaby is a top ten boy's name for me. It's so huggable! Barnaby Percival Stewart is beyond darling. Ignatius, Wilfred, Bartholomew, Rufus are also top contenders. Others you might enjoy:Fergus, Winston, Hector, Byron, Cornelius, Rupert, Bartimeus (Bartholomew's noisier cousin), Bernard, Bertram, Bertrand, Walter, Frederick, Ambrose, Cyril, Melchior, Reginald / Rex, Clement, Horace, Diarmuid / Dermot, Horatio (nn Ray?), Torquil, Eugene,

Matthias is really nice, though I worry about him being called Matt. I really hate that name. If we had a Theodora she would most likely be Theo or Teddy. I like:
Fergus - Our cats name! :(
Winston - Our Nephews name
Rupert - awesome.
Bartimeus - Totally love this, could work much better than Bartholomew!
Bernard - also a contender. It's my music teacher from high schools FN and he is one of my idols.
Walter - husband loves this one, but i'm not convinced yet. Though I love the idea of having a little Wally.
Frederick - LOVE LOVE LOVE this, but husband doesn't :( I love the idea of Freddy! :(
Rex - also a favourite but too short.
Eugene - love this because of Gene Kelly ;)
George - gorgeous. Such a lovely old fashioned name.
Roland - I feel like I should love this, but i'm not quite there. I do like Rolly or Rolo as a nickname..
Wolfram - quite cool.
Linus - also very nerdy and fun
Albert - Tried to convince husband to use this for the dog, I love the idea of Bertie. Maybe for a son he'd like it better :)
Magnus - Also love it, and love the idea of Maggie or Mags for a boy
Oscar - too popular here! :(
Arthur - The dogs name! :( I regret it, even though it suits him so much!
