Keeping strictly to the top 100;
I've never actually met a Harry my age. It was #17 in 1996 England and Wales (I was born 94) and graduated from the top 20 into the top 10 in the 2000s, presumably following Harry Potter, but I've never met a single one under 50.
Never met a George who wasn't over 50, but here George is at #19 in 96 and remained in the top 20 until the 2010s when it moved into the top 10 for the most part.
Never met an Eleanor. I've met Ellie's / Ella's, but those have been their full names (and one short for Elodie). England seems to have a thing for nicknames-as-full-names - you can find Ellie at #30 in 96 even. Eleanor stayed in the top 30 until 2004 and has remained in the top 100 since.
Paige. I only know Paige from Charmed and this remains my only association. Paige was #28 in 96 and remained in the top 100 until 2014.

Georgina; Grace; Jodie; Louise (as a first name, seems insanely popular with my generation as a middle); Katherine / Catherine / Kathryn (under the age of 50, but have known Katie; Kate and Katelyn. Also all the Catherine's I've known have gone by either no nickname or Cath / Cathy - never Kate / Katie); Gemma; Courtney; Jasmine; Hayley / Hailey; Harriet; Francesca; Ellen; Phoebe; Caitlin (it was Katelyn if you count that differently); Rose / Rosie; Bethan (though I've known plenty of Bethany's); Kelly; Sian; Rachael; Demi; Robin / Robyn [F, but I've known a male]; Yasmin; Isobel (or Isabelle / Isabella); Sophia (but I've known a Sophie); Maria; Stacy; Alicia; Erin
The names I come across the most have been: Thomas; Daniel; Joshua; Callum; Rebecca; Leah; Bethany; Lauren
