I dislike it just because it's the name of my grandfather's weirdo sister. I love Harriet tho. * Elle *~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Harriet strikes me as far nicer, personally. Henrietta seems very British to me--I don't see it working so well in the US. I like the possibility of the nn Etta.Henrietta Pearl and Henrietta Primrose came to me, though. :)Array

I am very British, so that doesn't bother me! Henrietta Pearl is fantastic. :) Harriet doesn't have much appeal for me, it actually feels more jolly hockeysticks than Henrietta. That might be because I had a P.E. (Gym) teacher named Harriet.

I'm not overly fond of it, but I love Henry too much to even consider the feminine form, so maybe I'm just biased. :)

I love Henry too. All this is hypothetical anyway because Vince hates Henry and Henrietta and my sister is dead set on using Henry anyway.

Oh, Henrietta has been growing on me, too! I used to think it's fussy and too frilly, but now I think it's very pretty and sophistocated (character associations have a lot to do with this - I used to associate the name Henrietta with an over-emotional, dislikable character from 'Four Weddings and a Funeral', but now it makes me think of Henrietta, the mysterious love of Giacomo Casanova's life). It has a lovely, delicate sound to it. I also like Henriette.Henrietta combos:Henrietta Isis
Henrietta Louise
Henrietta Adele
Henrietta Isobel
Henrietta Julie
Henrietta Sarah
Henrietta Edith
Henrietta Ophelia
Henrietta Lilith
Henrietta Florence
Henrietta Daphne
Henrietta Belle
Henrietta Claudia
Henrietta Sophie
Henrietta Emmeline
Henrietta Beatrice
Henrietta Noelle
Henrietta Lyra
Henrietta Elle
