1. Which spelling do you like better: Nell or Nelle?

2. Is Nell/Nelle too "nicknamey" as a full name?
Vic Reeves doesn't seem to think so, he called one of his twin daughters Nell (the other is Elizabeth BTW). That aside, I don't think it is too nicknamey.
3. Any middle name ideas?

Nell Ingrid
Nell Millicent
Nell Sophia
Nell Margaret
4. Any sibling name ideas?
Either something classically nicknamey like:
