Miriam
How do you feel about this name, and what mn would you put with it?“They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.” -Benjamin FranklinPNL:

I'll be the dissenting opinion here and say I don't really like the way Miriam sounds. I like the idea of it, and the way it looks written out, but it always comes off sounding more nasally then intended IMO. Ultimately I prefer Marion for this reason. Additionally, and not that this is necessarily a bad thing, but it's hard for me to picture on someone who isn't super religious. Some middle name ideas:
Miriam Noa
Miriam Liv
Miriam Rose - I know this is played out but I think Rose works especially well here.

I assume because she wasn't perfect and is recorded to have sometimes done wrong things. But we can't name all of our kids Jesus

it'd be one of my fave ever names and one i'd definitely use, if not for literally one personal association i have. still lovely though. it has loads of meaning behind it (and the "mir" reminds me of the Slavic root for peace in some of my favorite names), and you can get cute nicknames like Miri and Mira. and hmm maybe:Miriam Adelaide
Miriam Ivy
Miriam Lavender
Miriam Meadow
Miriam Odette
Miriam Raluca
Miriam Yaara
