Crystal
Greetings (: what would you name a brother or a sister to "Crystal"
Crystal isn't exactly a treasured name of mine though I never hated it. I feel it suites the character really wellThe sibling would be an adult (in their 40's)I would like known\common names. I was thinking about maybe GeorgeAny name that YOU personal feel goes nicely with Crystal, suggest itThanks!

I'd probably spell it Chrystal or Krystal (actually I dislike the name altogether, but if it's good for the character...) but either way:Crystal and Mark
Crystal and James/Jamie
Crystal and Levi
Crystal and Geoffrey/Geoff
Crystal and Jordan

I think Chloe or Chelsea, or even Cordelia go lovely with Crystal. George goes well as well but I also think that Caleb goes just as well.

George doesn't fit with Crystal at all, IMO. Crystal was very trendy whereas George is a Classic that's a bit stodgy.I'd call siblings for Crystal:Jeffrey
Cory
Trevor
Mark
Jason
Terry
Shawn
Kyle
Troy
Jared
BrandonAmber
Julie
Gina
Erica
Stacy
Dawn
Tara
Brandy

Have you heard of "Jared's", the jewelry store?
I couldn't figure out why Crystal and Jared seemed so perfect together, then my brain went "He went to Jared's!" (the slogan). So, yeah... in my head Jared and crystals totally make sense together. So the names just match well.

Lol! Never even accord to me. I have heard of the Jared jewrely company but Still like the name. In fact, i'm more than certain the name came first well before the company.
I also had thought about "Crystal & Mark" but I already have another character named Markus. I could still probably use itI duno, perhaps I'll make it that their parents worked at a jewelry store haha!

I think Brian or Shane would fit that age range and style well. Brandy, Amy or Renee for sisters. You could go with Chad, Curtis or Carrie if you thought the parents were the type to alliterate.
However, if I were to use the name Crystal, I think that Jonathan or Dawn would match nicely today.

I'm not really a fan of the name Crystal, but I guess that's neither here no there since it's for a fictional character. But I agree with others, Crystal and George don't really feel like the go together. How about Crystal and ....Ryan
Tyler
Ethan
Wes (Short for Wesley maybe?)
Hank
Jeff
Brent

Crystal is a guilty pleasure of mine - I find it quite pretty, and I like the meaning (ice). I play with it sometimes when I'm in an OTT 80's-90's phase. Also it gained a neat association when I saw the 1939 movie "The Women" starring Joan Crawford as a character named Crystal. Seeing it in a chic retro light was really fun.Anyways! George and Crystal seem very opposite in character - one is so staid and conservative/classic while the other is more lighthearted. So I suppose it depends what sort of tone you want the names to take. I don't dislike them together - there is just a separateness to them: like maybe they are half-siblings, or Crystal was born fifteen years after George. George is a funny name for me- it's very much an "old man name", not as contemporary-classic as something like James, Alexander, or Thomas. These are names I could see as a sibling to Crystal (that I also think would sound nice):Crystal & Kenneth
Crystal & Nicholas
Crystal & Craig
Crystal & Shane
Crystal & Kyle
Crystal & Michael
Crystal & Zachary
Crystal & Cameron
Crystal & Jody
Crystal & Kurt
Crystal & Ray

I read a girls' story, years ago, about two girls, Diamond and Crystal.Diamond was the leader, Crystal, the follower. Both were misguided, though. The real heroine of the story was a girl named Laurice. I read it when I was about 12, for goodness sake! The story seems to have stuck.

LarryI know a real life sibling set named Crystal and Larry

Larry was the name of my uncle (one of my mom's brother) who unfortunately passed away nearly 2 months back. I feel using the name would be too painful. Let's just say, no one had anything bad to say about that man. Thanks for the name suggestion anyway

Sorry, I obviously did not know that.
