[Opinions] Middle name for Clyde?
Clyde is my grandfather's name. I would like to honor him but am having a hard time finding a middle name that I love with it.Clyde Cohen is the combo I've liked for a long time, but it's starting to feel stale to me.Clyde Azriel popped into my head recently. I like the sound of Azriel but am not 100% in love with the combo. So any middle name suggestions? Suggest anything and everything. Maybe something will catch my eye. Oh and the last name is 3 syllables so a 1 syllable middle name probably wouldn't flow very well with the name as a whole.

I'm so happy to see someon else that wants to use Clyde! I have a three-year-old cousin named Clyde Harry. I love his name.
Here are a few other suggestions:
Clyde Gordon
Clyde Angus
Clyde Dale (my husband just being funny)
Clyde Joseph
Clyde Alvin

Yay! Another Clyde!Clyde Dale made me LOL. I don't think I could do that to a poor child. :-DClyde Joseph is nice. It's a very classic feeling combo.

hahaha... oh my... not bright in horse country... any of my friends from Alberta or the interior of BC would laugh and think I was joking if I tried to pull off Clyde Dale... esp. ranchers and those I worked w/ at a ranch camp. Could use that as a GP... I don't have a big list of GPs like some folk do... might add that one 'cause it's so funny. Clyde Dale... What would be close to Norwegian to put w/ mn. Fjord? Guess a sib of either gender could get lumped w/ Morgan...

I like:
Clyde Vincent - This combo seems really strong and sharp. I like the feeling I get from it.
Clyde William - William is my dad's name so I like this combo.
Clyde Timothy - I'm usually not a fan of Timothy but I like it in this combo.

There is something about Clyde Azriel that I really love. Azriel is a little bit different but interesting. It's almost vampirish.I like:
Clyde William - William is my dad's name, so I really like this combo.
Clyde Quintin - I like how they both start with the K sound. Alliteration is always cool. Thanks for the suggestions!

Most adults would get the Bonnie and Clyde association but children his own age probably wouldn't, at least not until they were older.I like:
Clyde Gabriel - The flow of this is perfect.
Clyde Nathanael - I love Nathanael as a mn.
Clyde Abraham - It seems a bit clunky but I still like it.
Clyde Akio - This sounds really cool. Thanks for the suggestions!

I really like these:
Clyde William - William is my dad's name so it would be a double honoring name. I like it. :)
Clyde Azarel - Similar to Clyde Azriel but it has a different feel to it. I'm not sure which I like better.
Clyde Gabriel - Gabriel is very popular but I don't mind that in middle names. They work well together.
Clyde Lemuel - This combo looks, feels and sounds old but in a good way. This is probably my favorite of your suggestions, and I never would have come up with it myself. Thanks for the suggestions!

I like the meaning for Azriel better than Asrael.
