George
George is a family name on my father's side, used as a middle name for a few generations now. It's been interesting me lately, but I'm having trouble coming up with a perfect fn. I briefly thought of Claude George, but that doesn't sound too good. Claudius George nn Claude crossed my mind as well, but it sounds too much like Curious George. =P Dimitri George perhaps? Any other suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks. :)

I think George is a divine name, and I'm all for using family names. I'm not fond of Claude (I'd prefer Clyde) or Dimitri. I suggest Alexander George and Henry George.

Lysander George! That's wonderful. And Cyril George is so handsome! I once asked about Cyril and most said it reminded them of an old, rude man. Glad to see someone else would suggest it. I can never resist Cy... perhaps Cyrus George could work as well?Theophilus George nn Theo is fabulous as well, and Elias George is too cute. This is a Greek overload! (not that that's ever a bad thing ;) Thank you so much, these are really great. :Dedit - spelling

This is a family name of mine, as well. My dad's name is Jason George...
I've come up with Tristan George and Gabriel George. Oh, and my little brother's name is Alex George, if any of that helps...

Demetrius GeorgeI was thinking Claudius George sounded great, I was laughing when I read about Curious George! No wonder it sounded good. Dimitri George sounds good too, but I prefer Dimitri as a nn to Demetrius.edited to change Christoper to Christopher
