Sophonisba
It's not posh, though. I'm obsessed with it. I love that the name's legacy includes a steely Carthaginian noblewoman, a Renaissance painter (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sofonisba_Anguissola), a progressive activist (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sophonisba_Breckinridge), and an ornithologist quilter (named Sophonisba Angusciola [FN MN] after the Renaissance painter) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sophonisba_Angusciola_Peale).
Pandora is a fancy posh name I'm warming up to.

I haven't really considered Patricia as a fancy name before but thank you for allowing me to reevaluate it with a New Perspective. As a kid growing up my sisters and I would always have our dolls named "Francesca Dubois" whenever we needed one to be a rich and haughty character lol! XD Tatiana & Angelica always stand out as well!
