AnnaAnna is classic, timeless and flexible with use in multiple countries. Annie is cute in a "Little Orphan Annie" winsome way, but it is definitely nicknamey and youthful. If I wanted to use Annie, I would probably use Anne as the full name. Since Anna is fairly common and well known, I would go with a longer and more unusual middle name.
Anna Boudica
Anna Zoraida
Anna Keturah
Anna Walburga
Anna Consuelo
Anna Hodierna
Anna Tisiphone

Annie. I would prefer Anne or a longer Ann- name. Anna is a little played-out. I would definitely pick out a more unusual middle name.

I am sick and tired of Anna, I know more women called Anna than with any other name.So I choose Annie even though it's too nickname-ish.If I could I'd pick Annabel.Annie Josephine
Annie Emmeline
Annie Rosalind
Annie Hermione

I would simply never use Annie as a full name. It's like slang. Annie is slang for Anna. HahahaAnna is a nice name. It goes with BASICALLY ANY middle name. Since I'm feeling kind of groovy today, I'm offering up Anna Resplendence. My favorite combo with Anna in the middle is Octavia Anna or Octavia Anna Altaluna, my alter-ego/pseudonym. I find it so surprising there, almost abrupt. It halts the momentum of the name and throws it into a funny... mirror. It's like the clatter of a penny in a pool.

Anna Resplendence is bold! Octavia Anna (Altaluna) is great

Annie is a very juvenile nn, so that's out. Anna is OK, but I much prefer Anne or even Ann, though it looks unfinished to me.
I know an Anna Elizabeth.

Boo you picked the worst combo

Not me - a friend! Elizabeth was her grandmother's mn. Fn was Jean, but Anna Jean isn't great either.

Anna Daphne - that's really special. Humble yet beautiful and fascinating. Well done

I like both, but I prefer Anna. It has better associations for me. My combo's Anna Calliope May, but I also like Anna Tabitha, Anna Winter, Anna Hermione, Anna Rosalind, Anna Beatrix, and Anna Marigold.

Anna Calliope May is amazing, and Anna Rosalind, Anna Beatrix, and Anna Marigold are lovely too.
