What names do you feel sound “villainous”?
In my case, I feel that names with personal negative associations have the sound “villainous”.

I think of names like Sloane, Greer, Gage, Brock, etc.: philistinely sleek, evilly spare, venally economical. Horrifying!

Silas has always sounded sinister to me. I have no idea why.
Sidney is villainous in a more sleazy, sneaky kind of way. I picture him as a 1930's Hollywood producer, sleeping with the young starlets and then not delivering on the stardom he promised them, and having his enemies roughed up or spreading rumors to ruin them. He might even arrange for someone's kneecaps to be broken.Lucretia sounds villainous to me too. Also Lydia, in a simpering sort of way. I picture Lydia as a housemaid, simpering and acting servile to put her employers off guard, but all the time stealing the silverware and maybe poisoning the crumpets.
