I am going to start this by making a list of names. Any gender. I think this works well with ten to fifteen names per list. The next person lists those names in order of preference. Their most favorite name goes first. Second favorite goes beneath that and least favorite goes last.
After doing this with the last posters list, then you leave your list. The next poster does the same, etc.
