Ruby is short and sweet, so I'd go with something similar. If you want another gem name: Amber, JadeFor another nature name: Dawn, Dove, Ginger, Hazel, Heather, RavenIf you want alliteration: Rachel, Raina/Reina, Runa, Rose/Rosa (I know of some young sisters called Ruby and Rosie, and I think it's adorable)For the same vintage vibe: Beatrice, Hester, PhyllisAnd these I just think sound nice following Ruby: Claire, Hannah, Tessa, Faith, Caitlin, Kiera, Leila, Lila, Liza, Maya, SarahI would avoid Gemma, Crystal, Jewel, or Scarlett, because I think they make the theme too obvious.

I think that Cora, Alice, Hannah, Alana, Tessa, and Heather would be beautiful!

Ruby was my favourite girls name for years and when I was younger it was the name I wanted for my future daughter. I have a niece with the name though, so sadly can never use it. As for a sister, what about: Opal
