[Opinions] Some suggestion names.....
I looked through the SSA name popularity database and looked up when Charlotte was most popular 1880 through now. Then I looked through all the names that were as popular or more popular than Charlotte during those decades and wrote down any of them that reminded me of Charlotte or some of the other names you like.
So here they are:Carol / Carole, Carolyn, Catherine, Margaret, Nancy, Susan, Sharon, Francine, Joyce, Jacqueline, Rose, Gail, Diana, Diane, Cynthia, Elaine, Jane, Helen, Martha, Florence, Grace, Sarah, Lillian, Pearl, Myrtle, Marie, Josephine, Sadie, Irene, Viola, Caroline, Della, Hazel, Harriet, Ruby, Rebecca, Virginia, Amanda, Amelia, Evelyn, Dorothy, Dorothea, Ruth, Gladys, Beatrice, Marjorie, Lucille, Thelma, Eleanor, Edith, Ethel, Esther, Bernice, Agnes, Jean, Marian / Marion, Eva, Opal, Marguerite, Genevieve, Violet, Vivian, Leona, Sylvia, Stella, Vera, Maxine, Marilyn, Anne, Theresa, Audrey, Elsie, Geraldine, Joan, Lorraine, Dolores / Delores, June, Phyllis, Gloria, Pauline, Edna, Patricia, Louise, Mary, Anna, Doris, Mildred, Betty, Elizabeth, Frances, Janice, Juanita, Kathleen, Marlene, Arlene, Sally, Cora, Rita and Judith.First I started with 1940's. Then I did 1880's. Then I went through 1910's, 1920's and 1930's. Some of these names were popular in multiple decades.
Evangeline wasn't in there but it reminds me of Charlotte. The name Sidney reminds me of Claire and Alison.Susan, Joyce, Cynthia, Elaine, Helen, Martha, Florence, Hazel, Harriet, Ruby, Rebecca, Amelia, Beatrice, Marjorie, Marian, Opal, Violet, Vivian, Maxine, Marilyn, Audrey, June and Evangeline. These remind me the most of Charlotte.
