Helpat the hospital and I can't decide
Just had my little boy last night and I can't decide on a name. He's the youngest of 6:
Ana
Elena
Isabel
Sebastian
Nicolas (only we call him by his middle name a lot, Orlando or Lando for short)
My husband's family is Spanish speaking, so we try to chose names that go in Spanish and English. With this boy we had planned on Oliver, but it's getting so popular, and it still bugs me about Isabel's and its variants being so popular, I don't really want to repeat that.
The other name we were thinking of is Jubal. It's biblical and basically unheard of, which I like. But it doesn't quite fit as well with the other kids' names. I like that it seems so happy of a name too.
So what do you think? Or any other suggestions?

Congratulations on your new little guy! These stood out to me based on your other children's name styles and the fact that you like biblical names too. (and I really thought about them, I wasn't just going through the alphabet! haha) it is a long list, sorry!
btw, they're not in any particular order, although some of the ones i (emphasis on me personally) like the most are in the first half:

Oliver could be your son's middle name.
I don't like the sound of Jubal. It sounds like "Jew" and "ball" put together. Doesn't fit right with the names of your other children. Seeing as how your children's names are Spanish, how about using a Spanish name for this one? Here's a few combos I thought of to help you:

Jubal really doesn't go with your other kids names, but maybe it could work as the mn? I think Oliver is great and actually Oliver Jubal works well together. Other suggestions are:

Personally I think Isabel is lovely, and it's still less common, boring and inevitably dated than Isabella. So who cares if it's common?
Oliver is fine, and again, popularity doesn't really matter. It just means people like it. I don't like Jubal - it doesn't fit with the other names, it looks quite feminine, and all I hear and see is jew-bal/ jew-ball, which is odd.

Congratulations! I just plugged your kids names into Nymbler, which is a website that suggests sibling names. It's funny - the first one it suggested is Orlando! And one of the other suggestions was Oliver, so I think that's a great suggestion, but like you say, it is getting more popular.
