[Opinions] Ezra
Hi, if I have a son I will name him Ezra. I'm just sketchy as to a middle name. Here are a few ideas I have. What do you think? Do you have any ideas. Ezra Taze (Taze being a family name. I like how there are two Zs but have a different sound to them.)
Ezra Harrison (There is a reason for Harrison, you get major props if you know the reason.)
Ezra DavidI don't like any that start with a vowel because Ezra starts and finishes with vowels. Also, I don't want an obvious Bible name (like David is ok because it's pretty common but Noah and Moses would be too much imo.)Thank you for your input!wow.... I love love love Ezra!

We seem to have a similar naming style. My own son is Noah Harrison, and I considered Ezra Harrison during my pregnancy. :) Obviously, it's my favorite from your list.

Like Ezra.
Curious what Taze means.
Harrison is ok if it's an honouring name, I suppose... Flows well in this case, but generally not a fan of surnames as fns.
Ezra David works, but doesn't thrill me.
Ezra Malachi sounds cool, but maybe more biblical than your tastes... Same w/ Ezra Levi.
Ezra Jonathan (biblical, but at least "normal" like David)
Ezra Sebastian
Ezra Caedmon or Caedmon Ezra
Ezra Pascal
Ezra Tobias
Fritz Ezra
Ezra Carlos
Ezra Mattias
Ezra Carman
Ezra Blake
Ezra Bryce
Ezra Brent
Ezra Kirk
Ezra Kyle
Ezra Francis
Ezra Francisco (I realize it ends w/ a vowel, but it's a very dif. vowel than e and a and separated because of the long name)
Ezra Charles
Ezra Michael (again, biblical, but common)
Ezra Miguel (I like this better than Michael)
Ezra Paul
Ezra Malcolm
Ezra Miles

Ezra Francisco (I'm not sure if I like it but it is interesting)
Ezra Miguel (cool)
Ezra Miles (I like Niles better I think)

Well, if a deviation (Niles) from 1 of the names works better for you, that's ok w/ this.

Great pick. Ezra is one of my favourite boys names and I could happily name a son that one day. It's a great names.I think Ezra David sounds the best out of your combos. Ezra Taze just doesn't sound right, and Ezra Harrison the flow is off.Ezra Matthias (my fav)
Ezra Morgan
Ezra Matteo
Ezra Tobias
Ezra Felix
Ezra Winston
Ezra Levi (maybe too biblical for you)
Ezra Sidney/Sydney
Ezra Boston
Ezra Hudson
Ezra George
Ezra Lucien
Ezra Patrick
Ezra Nathaniel
Ezra Theodore
Ezra Leonidas
Ezra Veritas
Ezra Ignatius
Ezra Octavian
Ezra Malachi
Ezra Griffin
Ezra Solomon
Ezra KieranHTH. Some of them break your rules, sorry. I really like the sound of Ezra paired wiht an M middle name.

I like:
Ezra Morgan (It sounds really masculine)
Ezra Winston (It seems kind of snobby but I like it anyway)
Ezra Levi (I like Levi)
Ezra Patrick
Ezra Octavian (Octavian is just cool)Thanks :)

Lucky you finding a name you really love! :) While Ezra isn't my style really, it's a good name and I hope nobody tries to talk you out of it!I think Ezra David is your best combo. Although David is pretty common, it is a strong and decent name and flows really nicely with Ezra. I also like Harrison, but it just doesn't flow as well as David. (p.s. I have no idea the reason for Harrison - his Dad is Henry/Harry/Harold?)
Ezra Taze doesn't sound right. The two Zs don't really bother me but I think Taze is too short and sounds choppy. Also it doesn't look like a real name (although it's a family name) and makes me think of Tazers!

Thanks :)
One person has tried to talk me out of it but my family likes it. Btw Harrison comes from George Harrison, the best Beatle ever!I agree with you about Taze. I think it's super cool but it does make me think of a tazer. I appreciate what you're saying about it sounding choppy. You're right. Thanks again.

That name has really started growing on me. i always thought i was a girls name though... but now I love it on a boy! Anyway, I think Ezra Taze sounds REALLY cool. i'm not sure if you would concider James to biblical but that would be a good choice for a MN.Ezra Drew
Ezra Jude (might be to biblical again)
Ezra Reid
Ezra Jay
Ezra Ryan
Ezra Sky(e)
Ezra Leigh or Lee
Ezra Logan
Ezra Fisher
