[Opinions] Re: Australian BA's : September Birth Club
in reply to a message by Evey
Ella James - really like Ella despite the popularity, but very much dislike James on a girl.
Evie Fay - flows well but I much prefer Evelyn to Evie and Fay is a bit of a filler.
Camilla Susanne - I love Camilla and the combo is very feminine.
Rosalie Joy - lovely.
Tilley Alice - Tilley is a weird spelling, Alice is nice but it's so common that I'd rather see it with some nicer first name with which it could really shine.
Adeline - love it!
Ivy - theoretically my style but I just can't make myself like it.
Indiana Joy - don't like Indiana.
Athena - kind of unusual, but I'm not crazy about it.
Remi Paige - don't like either name.
Olympia Aspen - interesting.
Bronte Freya - with all my love for Bronte sisters, I don't like Bronte as the first name. Freya is amazing though!
Eleanor Rose - very nice but Rose is so filler.
Oakley Rose - don't like Oakley and Rose is a filler just like I said so not much to like here for me.
Ahlia Jolene - totally not my thing.
Amelia - lovely but so popular around the world.
Jasmine Rosie - cute!
Heavenly Poa - uh, no. I could like Heavenly perhaps as a middle name, though I'd rather go with Celeste which sounds less made up and classier, but Poa is something I definitely dislike.
Piper Amber - too much -er.
Amelia Grace - very nice though both names feel super popular as first and middle name respectively.
Everly Jordan - just not my style.
Chelsea Grace - really cool, I tend not to like modern-sounding place names like Chelsea but Chelsea is one of the exceptions. I'd use a less popular middle name though but I can't say I don't like Grace.
Paige Elizabeth - I'm not a fan of Paige for some reason, and if I had to use these names I'd change the order, then it would be nicer.
Isla Kimberly - Isla is nice, Kimberly not so much.
Mathilda - I think I slightly prefer Mathilda but both are okay.
Penelope - love it as long as it's not nicknamed to Penny.
Ariana - I'm seeing it more and more often lately in all sorts of spellings. It's nicely feminine but I don't love it, and seeing it so often lately doesn't make me love it anymore, especially that I suppose a large part of this popularity is due to Ariana Grande's popularity and I don't like her.
Havana Jae - noooo!
Olivia - nice but sooo popular obviously.
Ava Louise - I don't like Ava. I like Louise but prefer Louisa, and Louise in the middle spot is a bit boring.
Sadie Margaret - nothing overly exciting.
Piper Remi - meh.
Zephie - never seen it before and it looks quite interesting but no, I don't think I like it.
Elena Grace - I love Elena and the combo flows well and is very girly.
Aaliyah Page - don't like it at all.
Naia - Maia is much better.
Elizabeth - beautiful and classy, even though so common and ever-present.
Everly Indiana - dislike.
Eva - same as above.
Malik Slade - the names flow well in terms of rhythm/syllables but somehow weirdly clash in terms of vibe to me, plus I don't really like either.
Archer William - good combo in terms of flow but I'd like it more reversed, as I like William way, way more than Archer. Or even better would be William Archibald.
Beau - not a fan.
Alexander Paul - really cool.
Dean Henry - sounds decent together but I don't like the names.
Blake Douglas - same as above.
Archie Joseph - I'm not crazy about the names, though they flow well, and again I think Archibald would be better than Archie and fit Joseph even better.
Huey - the spelling is awful imo, Hughie is so much sweeter.
Cooper William - reversed would be better, but it's okay.
Albert Laurie - not bad at all.
Jackson Steven - the vibe of Jackson vs Steven is totally different to me, plus I love Jackson, but not at all Steven.
Sonny - not overly ambitious.
Flynn Edward - okay, I do like Flynn a lot and Edward flows well as a middle even though I don't love it.
Elijah Arthur William - really nice and masculine.
Adam - so many people seem to like this name and I understand that there can be a lot to like about it, but I just totally do not share the feeling.
Ayden - really dislike.
Owen Benjamin - pretty cool.
Alfie - nice.
Leyton Ezra - meh.
Jesse James - passable.
Cameron Liam - okay.
Harrison Michael - I'd rather reverse the names or use Harris instead of Harrison. But Harrison Michael actually flows better than Harris Michael in terms of sound, even though I much prefer Harris overall.
Matteo - I prefer just Matthew.
Fynn Viktor James - if it was Finn, it would be a lot better. As it is, given that I'm not a fan of Viktor and I do like James but it's so overused, I'm rather unimpressed.
Hudson - dislike.
Noah Anthony - the a's collide too much, I think, and I don't really like either of these names overly.
Maxwell - definitely my favourite out of all the Max- names.
James Thomas - well, classic.
Elliott - great name and this is my favourite spelling.
Remi Spencer - meh.
Joey - feels very dated to me.
Jeremiah Jason - just not a fan.
Jacob Dean - it's not too bad but not too interesting either.
Lewis Lalcolm - would be better reversed, or with Louis instead of Lewis, but is okay as it is.
Maxwell Anthony - not big on Anthony but the combo flows well.
Charlie Hugo - quite sweet.
Ava Mackenzie - uh, don't like it - & Matilda Florence - really nice and homey and vintage.
Romeo & Valentino - the only association I have with Romeo is Juliet, with Valentino nothing really, the sibset is very well-matched but I don't like the names.Emilia Anna, doting cat mummy to Russian blue Misha.
