River is unusual to see on a girl. It is quite interesting-- and I admit the name is one that I silently, "guiltily" (I hate using the word "guilty" for a name) like. And Ruth is ever the lovely thing!Armand, John, Thomas, Benedict; yes, yes, yes, and yes! Armie is such a charming nickname for Armand. I would use Jack for John, most likely. Thomas would either be Tommy or simply just Thomas. And Benedict is as is. Loki is also intriguing... if you do not weigh in it's Norse background, it looks quite childish, but luckily I am heavily considering it's mythology origins, hah.

I also looked at my top 10 (no combos) of the first post in this tradition in which I participated: December 2010. While my taste in masculine names has largely remained unchanged (Richard, Robert, Nicholas, Edmund, and Owen have all found themselves in some way on my current list), my top female names in Dec. 2010 were these:Everly
Liana
Godelieve, "Evie" (ee-vee)
Philippa
Nefertari
Sarah
Galatea
Gloria
Tessalyn
CrescentiaPhilippa has been on my list on-and-off ever since, and I still like Nefertari and Crescentia, but I don't see myself using any of the others. Definitely not Everly!

Jane Hestia is great. You have a lot of good feminine combos, names with vibes that combine together really well. They sound glamorous, but still real.

Thank you :) I'm fairly proud of most of my female combos at the moment, and you described them exactly how I hoped. I want them to be a tad bit story book and memorable, but not outlandish.
