Help[Opinions] Suggest a name for this British family’s sixth child
A family I follow on social media will be growing in number soon. Right now there are four girls and one boy. I’m not sure what the new arrival will be.
Dad is the youngest son of a baron (the tenth child!), mom is also titled on her mother’s side — but they’re Spanish. The dad is a concert pianist and the mom has a beautiful line of durable and old-fashioned clothing for children.
Their kids, in order of age:
Elfie
Ned
Mabel
Iris
Violet

Maria is still common for males--especially for those of titular inheritance; so it would work well for either gender.

I am well enough! Helping my family move out of the big city we live in today — part of a long process. It’s gotten incredibly busy and expensive here. We’re all from here and it was a great place to grow up, but ready to leave. My parents have a looot of stuff and none of it’s organized so it’s quite the undertaking.

My cat is named Elphaba (Elphie for short) and some people call her Elfie just as a typo. I think Elfie is cute though.

Elfie is a girl. I don’t know if she has a longer name, but I don’t think so.

The dad is named Peter, actually! If not I think that would be perfect.

Probably a boy would be something like Nicky or Sammy, just that with no full name. A girl would be Gertrude or Flossie.

I could see them having a Flossie. Florence probably would be too up in the ranks.
