Charlotte
Charlotte has been growing on me lately, but I dislike the nicknames Charlie, and Lottie, and I think that Charlotte would be better as middle name, as opposed to a first name. Also, Catherine and Charlotte are similiar, with both being french, and both beginning and ending with the same letters.

Favorites:
Gwen and Desmond
Gwen and Gwendolyn are a couple of my favorite girl names. Gwen is pretty, slightly different in the best way and is endowed with the memory and beauty of Welsh mythology.
Desmond is very handsome and has many intriguing historical ties in Ireland. I haven't read the novel "Desmond" to know if that would be a positive affiliation or not.
Least like:
Sylvie and Winston
Sylvie sounds too slippery and coquettish yet deeply vulnerable. For me, Sylvie creates the mental picture of the victim in a horror story.
I don't actually dislike any of your boys names. Winston makes me think of a strong personality who is willing to do the right thing no matter how difficult. The negative aspects of Winston are the nick name Winnie and the number of bulldogs named Winston.

Ladies:
Madeleine - Old favorite. If I had a daughter right this instant, would probably name her this.
Elisabeth - Another old favorite. Nickname Libby or Ellie.
Marion - Recently added to the list. I've been liking not-too-girl feminine names lately.
Catherine - Another old favorite making a comeback.
Johanna - New kid on the list. I love love love the sound of it.
Camille - New one as well, probably just a crush.
Phaedra - Guilty pleasure to the extreme, but I'm loving it lately.
Niobe - Same as Phaedra. If I were to use a similar name it'd be Naomi.
Gents:
Nolan - I have been in love with this one lately, but apparently my future-BIL has "claimed" it. Poo.
Mark - If I magically had a son right this instant, I would most likely name him Mark.
Arthur - I've always liked the stateliness and heroic quality of this one, but it's come back around to favorites lately.
Ambrose - I don't know where the heck this came from, but I'm digging it.
Elliott - Going back and forth on this one. Not really sure how I feel.
Alden - old favorite. I still love it. The idea of naming your newborn "old friend" is just very charming to me.

I have such a thing for Greek mythology names, it's terrible (wonderful?). Poor Niobe, too exotic for her own good! :)

Cassidy is decent, but I personally don't like K names much. Corona and Lilith aren't great. I like Corona in theory, but the beer brand is a bit of a turn-off for me. I think you've picked a lot of "new-classic" boys names, and I like most of them. River and Magnus are my least favorite, but they are fine.

Favorite of the girls' names:
tied between Eleanor and Francesca- Eleanor is classical and elegant. Francesca is beautiful with old world flavor.
Least favorite of the girl names listed: Genevieve- it is lively and sweet but suits a younger person better than someone experienced.
Favorites from the boys' list:
Once again it is a tie between August and Arthur- August is handsome and reminds me of all the best traits in an antiquarian. Arthur is bold, knightly and timeless.

tied between Beatrice and Zora- Beatice is elegant and lovely. Zora is strong and exotic.
Silvan- unusual but handsome and magical
Like least:
Nastya/Nastja- to close to nasty.
Immanuel- Names for God/Jesus are considered too sacred for ordinary usage in some cultures, so it seems awkward on a child. The reaction is similar to what you would get if you named your son God.

I like Lyanna as well. I say it lee-ahna rather than lie-ahna. Marcella and Margery are lovely too. I like the ASOIAF theme here :). Marjorie was always one of those names I liked the sound of but didn't like how it looked, so I'm glad to have learned about an alternative. Of the boys, my favorite is Percival.

Favs: Noelle Perlas, Blaise Dakila and Evren Magiting. Couldn't decide between the boys names because Blaise Dakila sounds awesome, but I'm not a fan of either name. I really like Evren though, but dislike Magiting. My ideal combo would be Evren Dakila or Evren Malakas

Oh, I like Carroll a lot. I guess I never really thought about that as a name. Mark is just so strong and classic though. I think those tie for the boy's win.
For the girls, I will go with Irene. I have always liked the name and it has a lot of sentimental value for me personally. Plus, it's pretty retro-chic.

Camille would win every time. I simply adore that name. Wish we could use it.
I do have a soft spot for Morgana too though.
As for the boys, Frey is very cool, but I think that Cassius takes the win for me. C-names just appeal.

Mellisant is amazing! I really, really like it. It's s great way to make Melisande a bit more accessible in pronunciation, without using the dusty Millicent.
Also have to show love for Liberty, nn Libby, as this is the name of one of my nieces.
As for your boys, Loving Merlin and Merrick today. I prefer Merlin on boys, just because of the strong male associations in literature.

Favorites
Hallie - so cute and friendly and likable. I can't imagine disliking someone with this name.
Malcolm - So underused, it deserves more love!
Least favorites
Liberty - Theoretically cool, since Liberty is a nice concept, but it's such a symbol of American patriotism ad tradition, ugh. I associate it with like, people who are really passionate about protecting the second amendment.
Damon - Demon. Wannabe goth. Sounds like the dark, brooding love interest of the main character in some bad YA book.

Oh, I just wrote all this out and then saw the subject line says Pick One.
So, favorites: Tristan and Sienna. Least favorites: Jarvis and Willow.
Favorites:
Tristan - this name sounds so honest to me.
Jasper - perfectly in-between fusty-classic and modern cool.
Heath - unusually manly-sounding for a naturey name.
Sienna - it shimmers. A name that is so youthful now, but will grow.
Zoe - another name that is right in between cute modernness and heroic classic.
Xanthe - usually names with more than one rule-breaking "feature" letter - in this case the X and the pronounced final e - are too much for me, but Xanthe sounds warm and friendly enough that its letters aren't overbearing.
I also like Xander and Julius, and Caspian and Xavier are nice.
Natasha, Tessa, Camilla are appealing. Elise is ok.
Least favorites:
Jarvis - just has a bad image with me and I don't like the sound.
Flynn - it's so flip and surnamey.
Willow - just don't like the wobbly sound
Isobel - that O gives me trouble.
Seth, Aaron, and Oliver don't appeal to me but I don't dislike them near as much as I do Jarvis and Flynn.
