Similar names to Silvia
I just found out that I am pregnant, and although it's still really early I am already eager looking at names (as I have done since childhood..). Nowadays I adore the name Silvia and the father didnt seem too negative about it so I might actually get a Silvia if it is a girl. But I want options, so I am looking for similar names. Also, I am absolutely clueless about boy names so any suggestions there would be very appreciated. I have one boy name in my list though, Nicholas.

Vera is actually my grandmothers name, I think she would be happy if my baby was named after her. I also recently learned that I have an ancestor named Rosalia, so maybe Vera Rosalia would be a nice combo (if the father agrees). Or Anna Rosalia, where Anna is from another ancestor. I also like Viola, Clara, Miranda and Cecilia. Also Tristan (but "trist" means sad in my language, making me a little sceptical of using it) and Rafael.

Sylver and Silvius could be used on a boy. Sylvie / Silvie, Silvana and Sylvia are also girls names. Silvio could be unisex.

Thank you! I like Lydia and Thalia. Ariane is also interesting. I also like Jonathan and Tobin. Daniel is also nice, but its my brothers name (after name suggestion from me when my mother was pregnant).

Thank you! I know Sylvia is more common, but that is partly why I prefer the spelling Silvia, which is a lot less common where I live. I like that its a less common name but still not unheard of by most people. I do love Rosalind, I'll but that on my list. I also like Elliot, Jonathan and Nathaniel.
