I need your best suggestions!
Boys names! We suck with boys names! We have nothing. Our girl's name list is a mile long, but we can't seem to find any boy's names we like. The middle names are Arthur, and Raymond. (Separately... for two different children). The last name starts with an H. No trendy or super popular names or creative spellings please. All other suggestions are GREATLY appreciated! =)

I love Milo. A lot of people think it sounds too much like a dog's name, though. =/

I like Oliver a lot. BTW, your daughter's name is very lovely.

Wow! My Dad's name is Raymond and my grandfather was Arthur. I wish I could use those names as mns!

Why can't you? If that's not too personal.

I'm exactly the opposite, lol.I have a HUGE boys name list, but my girls list is pitiful in comparison. I guess I'm just pickier with girl names. And here's a warning: I like boys names ranging from something your great-grandfather could have been named (Ellory) to tryndee stuff (Riley), so feel free to pick through and discard those you despise. :o) Names w/neither mn after them go equally well with both Arthur & Raymond. Since I LOVE nns, possible nns are in ().Amos Arthur (Aim, Moe)
Beryl (Berry)
Cedric Arthur (Ced, Ric)
Courtney Raymond (Cort)
Corin / Corbin (Cory, Orin)
Cornelius (Cornell, Con, Conor, Neil, Lee)
Craig Arthur
Curtis (Curt)
Dashiell Raymond (Dash, Ash)
Eben Arthur (Ebbie, Ben)
Ellis
Ellory / Ellery Arthur
Emmett / Emet
Emery / Emory Arthur
Everett (Ever, Rett)
Ever / Evers
Ezra
Fabian Arthur (b/c Fabian Raymond sounds rhymey)

Wow, you are a saint! Thanks a ton, that's an amazing list. Amos - Hm, reminds me a little too much of 'almost'.
Beryl (Berry) - Haha, that's the name of the town we live in.
Cedric Arthur (Ced, Ric) - Name of a person I very much don't like. =/ Family fued type thing, haha.
Courtney Raymond (Cort) - It's nice in theory, but I'd feel bad considering it's become a girl's name.
Corin / Corbin (Cory, Orin) - Too close to a girl's name on my list (Corinne)
Cornelius (Cornell, Con, Conor, Neil, Lee) - A little too much for me.
Craig Arthur - It's not bad. Doesn't really jump out on me.
Curtis (Curt) - Ditto to this one.
Dashiell Raymond (Dash, Ash) - NMS.
Eben Arthur (Ebbie, Ben) - Sounds to me like someone who can't say Evan.
Ellis - Hm. Undecided.
Ellory / Ellery Arthur - Reminds me of Mallory.
Emmett / Emet - I like this. Prefer the first spelling, but I like it.
Emery / Emory Arthur - Like it a little less than Emmett, but it's still pretty nice.
Everett (Ever, Rett) - Like.

LOL, see my halo? You're right, though, you'd have to explain spelling & prn constantly.Check Out Blinkyou.com for thousands of custom glitters and layouts

Ooh, shiny! Thanks so much, I really appreciate it. =)I really like Micaiah! The comments on the name kind of threw me off a bit (read them... ick! McKyah?!), but I still really like it.Ah, on another forum someone claimed it was pronounced Tag. I prefer that prn., but I still think it'd be too much hassle for the poor kid.

I love Tristan, I despise the fact that it's trendy. It bothers me to no end.I like Jude, Adrian... I've considered Rory, but don't like that some people see it as a girl's name after Gilmore Girls. Valentine was the name of my dog. I like Mitchell, I think. I'm iffy.

I also like Adrian (Adrienne is on my girl's list), Elijah, Gabriel, and Micah. It saddens me that such lovely, strong names are becoming trendy. =(And thanks! Arthur and Raymond are both namesakes, but I've come to REALLY love them ever since we decided on them!

I kind of like Miles/Myles, but it makes me think of someone I knew when I was younger. It's not a horrible association, but it's there, you know? I suppose if I named my child that though, it'd probably override the association. We've also thought of Milo as an alternative to Miles. Thanks for the suggestions. There are a few on there I'll consider. =)
