CalliopeWhat I'm thinking is long and overly complicated. Make of that what you will.

I automatically go to Alexandra and Anastasia whenever the word princess is mentioned.

In a story I've been writing, I have Princesses named Anne, Felicia, Elena who married into the family, Anne Mary (granddaughter of Anne, whose husband died before becoming king, so her son inherited the crown from her father in law), Anastasia who were born princesses, and several who could use the title, but the country doesn't have a king/ tsar anymore and prefer not to use them- Anisia, Consuelo and Concepcion married into the family, and the ones born with the 'right' are Elitza, Ariadne, Beatriz, Dolores, Catalina, and Clotilde.Other ideas;
the royal standards- Mary, Anne, Elizabeth, Victoria, Margaret, Charlotte, Sophia, Catherine, Alexandra, Eleanor, ETA Louise,
fancy sounding- Alastriona, Anneliese, Isolde, Antoinette, Veronique, Brizeida, Cecelia, Dorothy ETA Lavinia, Letitia, Lovisa, Rosamund,
If I think of more, I'll post them.
