2 years ago, we adopted a brother and sister set from France. Violet who was 12 at the time, and Louis who was 11. Edith loves having people her age in the family to play with. For a while Violet, Louis, Logan and Edith were all inseperable. But now that Violet is in high school, she spends more time with her own friends. Violet is having so much fun in high school, she sleeps over at her friends' houses almost every weekend and is on the volley-ball team. Louis is in grade 8, he has very good grades and is on the soccer team. He has also joined a rep soccer team, Henry likes to joke around that he'll be the next Zidane.
Rosalie and Noah are doing great, they are enjoying watching their kids grow up. Logan is now in grade 8 with Louis, they are both on the soccer team together. But Logan also plays on a hockey team. We love to go watch him play. Samuel and Chloe have adjusted very well to our family. Samuel is now in grade 6 and Chloe is in grade 4, they both get very good grades. Connor is in grade 5, and also plays hockey. Rebecca and Olivia are now in grade 2, they absolutely love it, but have said that they are already sick of homework. Amelia and Anneliese have recently started school, they both love it.
Isabella and Liam have 2 new babies in their family. 2 years ago, they welcomed Maya Caroline, and last July they welcomed Sierra Jeanne. Finlay, Elena, Nathan and Leah love playing with their new baby sisters. Finlay and Elena are in grade 5 and this is the first year they are in seperate classes. Finlay, Connor and Joel are all in the same class. Elena and Rachel are in the other. Nathan is loving grade 2, he says he loves playing basket-ball in gym and wants to try out for the team when he is older. Leah also started school this year, she is doing great.
Paul and Farrah also welcomed a baby this year, Lila Frances. Nora and Ava love helping Farrah take care of Lila. But Elijah would much rather play with his friends. The triplets are doing great in school, they are now in grade 2. Elijah and Nathan are still inseperable. They seem to do everything together. Nora, Ava, Rebecca, Olivia and Fiona also love to play together.
Felix was transfered to Spain 4 years ago and they all moved into a big house near the water. They absolutely love it. A year later, Genevieve gave birth to a beautiful little boy, Julian Robert. And just last April, she gave birth to a girl, Valerie Amelia. They tell us Adrian, Benjamin and Daniela have very well adjusted to Spain. They are already practically fluent in spanish. He has also been teaching the kids a little bit of Romanian. We plan on visiting them next summer.
James and Hazel also welcomed 2 new babies. 2 years ago, they welcomed their third son, Rhett Edmund. And about 2 weeks ago, their second daughter, Ophelia Elke, was born. Fiona loves helping out with Ophelia. She also loves playing with her cousins Nora, Ava, Rebecca and Olivia. She is doing very good in school. Callum and Lachlan started school this year, they don't like it so much, they would much rather be playing outside at home.
2 years ago, Thomas and Erin finally got married. And in January of the next year, Erin gave birth to triplets; Bethany Ann Therese, Jude Owen Thomas and Peter Felix Anthony. Erin is very busy now but Rachel tries to help out as much as she can. Rachel is doing great in school, she is now in grade 5 and in the same class as Elena.
Grace and Trevor had a baby boy last year, Sean Jair. He just turned one. Juliann is having lots of fun in school, she's made tones of new friends. Although it took her awhile to get used to it. Anna and Frederick got married last year and Anna gave birth to twins Isaac and Joshua this past May.
Edith is doing amazingly in school, she's a straight-A student and we couldn't be more proud of her. She's now in grade 7 and has joined the cheerleading team, she says she's the youngest on the team and is very proud of herself. She also does dance and gymnastics outside of school. Even though Violet is only 2 years older than her, they don't spend as much time as they used to together. We think it's because Violet is now in high school. Hopefully things will change when Edith gets there. But she still plays very frequently with her best friend, Elliott, Anna thinks the two will get married one day.
