You get 1st, 1st middle and 2nd middle initial where applicable.

Charlotte and Alexander. My mum planned only for one boy and one girl. She wanted no other names and never planned for the possibility of 2 girls or 2 boys or anything other than Charlotte and Alexander.
She got lucky.
I don't have any sib sets to speak of, but I want my first born girl to have the middle name Marie as it's a family name on my mother's side. I'd also share what I want for my son's middle name, but as it's my mum's maiden name, and likely been used as some form of security thing along the line, I probably shouldn't.
I can, however, share some names I really like and will likely be my children's names;

Jinora "Ginny"
Teagan
Casper
Adrien
Wilbur "Billy"
These names change all the time though. I'm not nearly as consistent as my mum was. She chose those names as a teenager and never budged.

My sister didn't get a middle and she's a little salty about that xD
I'm not sure if people consider it a cohesive sibset but it works for us
(fyi Callia is pronounced 'kuh-LEE-uh')

I have no natural siblings, but I do have an older stepsister and a younger stepbrother - who I regard as my sister and brother now. Together we're Christiana (Christi), Erica, and Derek. I actually think we all sound related.

Virginia "Ginny" and Victoria "Tory", each with MNs after my one of my mom's grandparents
We could have easily been Virginia and Catherine instead, but I guess my mom ultimately preferred letter themes for sisters.
My dad's grandma wanted my sister to be Genevieve, and my maternal grandmother wanted me to be Azalea, but those were too fun (aka "out there") for my parents.
My sister would have been Harrison if she'd been a boy, and I think they considered Travis before I was born. Virginia and Travis would have been weird.
My mom and her two sisters, plus her mom and maternal grandmother were all called by D names...her sisters even have double D names (triple D with their maiden name).
And, kind of funny, totally unintentionally: my mom, my mom's two sisters, my maternal grandmother, my mom's maternal grandmother, and me all have -or- in our FNs
Dorothy ... Delora ... Deborah, Loretta, Dorothy ... Victoria

I also have a half sister (same father) named Summer (16), but admittedly I don't know her middle name since we aren't close.
My great grandma named me (Autumn Marie) before she passed. Marie was her middle name. Nicole is after my mom.
