Using lists for America, and my list on this site (which is slightly out of date and not nearly comprehensive):
James Andrew (13 22) - Sort of boring.
Anna Ruby (35 93) - I like this, it's sweet.
Blaise Duncan (912 821) - This is very nice; I have good taste.
Amalia Lilia (931 907) - Way too rhymey.
Using Israel's top 500 for 2013, going down the list and picking the first two that would be on my list if I had one (In Hebrew I have even less of a list, so it's pretty much the first two I like):
Yehonatan Yair (8 16) - Wow this is pretty boring.
Tamar Avigail (3 9) - This too, but it's nicer.
Amir Elam (465 460) - I feel this is cheating because Amir-spelled-differently is way higher than 465, and I don't actually have a preference as to spelling.
Kinneret Tzlil (421 373) - This is really nice. Kinneret is one of my favorites.
There's an interesting phenomenon going on here, in which I don't like names in Hebrew that I do like in English (or in general, non-Hebrew names transliterated into Hebrew). For example, Adele could be one of my favorites in English, but the moment it's spelled אדל and places number 7 for girls in Israel, it wouldn't make the list.

If I just peruse the SSA list for names I like:
Benjamin Caleb (14/33) & Emma Elizabeth (02/10)
Jedidiah Houston (872/972) & Esme Tess (929/998)
If I use my PNL, which is 80% unranked user-submitted names that have caught my eye:
Aaron Tristan (51/97) & Catherine Iris (172/253)
Miller Houston (939/972) & Martha Laurel (803/871)

Highest Ranked:
William James (5, 13) & Sophia Elizabeth (1, 10)
William James is nice, albeit incredibly boring. I'd forgotten I even had Sophia on my list still. I think the combo gets kind of muddled in the middle where it transitions from one name to the other.
Lowest Ranked:
Ephraim Grey (972, 979) & Wren Margot (807, 944)
I kind of like Ephraim Grey, even though they vibe differently and the colors I associate each with don't really go. Odd. Wren Margot is kind of spunky, but I'm not sure I actually like it.
And because I took the time to check all of my names' rankings, here is...
Everything In Between:
John Robert (27, 62) - This is even more boring than William James.
Josiah Xavier (69, 83)
Tristan Oscar (97, 178) - There's something I really like about this.
Bennett Graham (194, 203)
Donovan Gregory (281, 299)
Lane Louis (303, 315) - Bit tongue twistery.
Knox Quentin (345, 406)
Hugo Malcolm (438, 444)
Clark Rhys (456, 489) - Too choppy.
Callum Hugh (787, 915)

Lachlan Grey is really handsome, there's something very Bronte about it.
Mine would be (using US popularity):
Roxanne Estelle (983, 977)
Alfred Foster (967, 937)
= love these two together so much
Olivia Victoria (3, 25)
Jacob Isaac (3, 29)
....And using Canadian popularity:
Olivia Audrey (1, 31)
Jacob Isaac (12, 28)
Fiona Olive (99, 98)
Charlie Leo (97, 59)

I really like Lachlan Grey!
Not counting names that didn't chart (though Ross fell 48 points off of the chart):
Tess India (995, 972)
&
Vaughn Cain (855, 782)
Emma Olivia (2, 3)
&
Noah William (1, 5)
Tess India is a mixture of modern and old-world, and while I like the sound I don't think I'd use it. I wonder if India Tess would be nicer...
Vaughn Cain is too N-heavy, which is something I never thought I'd say.
Emma Olivia is this generation's milquetoast. I'm sure there are many actual baby girls out there with this as their name. Noah William is handsome, but ultimately boring as well.

Ava Olivia (3, 5)

I actually like Noah Daniel. It isn't quite as boring as a lot of the other "popular combos" in this thread.
Emma Charlotte (2 & 11) - I actually love this combo
William James (5 & 13) - rather nice, but not one of my top choices for William
Freya Livia (907 & 745) - it's beautiful, but unfortunately the names run into each other and make it sound like 'Olivia', which I don't like at all. Livia Freya would be far better.
Cain Morgan (782 & 662) - nice, looks good on paper, but for some reason I'm not really feeling the flow
All in all, I'm quite happy with what I got.

Indeed it is. It's been one of my favourite Emma combos for a long time, and even though both names are common enough that it should technically be nothing special, for me it just has that 'something'.
I could definitely see myself naming a daughter this. I usually dislike Dulcie, but coupled with Emma and Charlotte it actually makes for a rather sweet name.

USA:
Highest: Sophia Olivia (1, 3) and Liam Jacob (2, 3)
Lowest: Amalia Giada (931, 939) and Callum Hassan (782, 822)
I like them all except Amalia Giada, which doesn't flow very well.
England & Wales:
Highest: Olivia Emily (2, 3) and Jacob Thomas (4, 6)
Lowest: Alessia Daria (both tied for 484) and Jonas Ciaran (461, 489)
All nice.
Australia:
Highest: Charlotte Olivia (1, 2) and William James (1, 5)
Lowest: Zahra Eve (96, 99) and David Gabriel (93, 95)
Also all nice.
Ireland:
Highest: Emily Grace (1, 9) and James Daniel (2, 3)
Lowest: Alexandra Lara (90, 95) and Benjamin Ciaran (68, 74)
Alexandra Lara is too much -ra, but I like the other three.
Spain:
Highest: Lucia Sofia (1, 8) and Daniel David (2, 7)
Lowest: Anna Iris (94, 95) and Ian Luca (73, 93)
Lucia Sofia rhymes and I hate alliteration, so Daniel David is out. I like the lowest combos, though.

Most of mine are unranked in England and Wales, so I've used the US lists as well.
England and Wales
Top:
Alexander Felix & Evelyn Emilia
Bottom:
Livia Sylvie & Felix* Roman
(*Only Roman, Felix and Alexander were ranked out of all my male names, so Felix appears in the top and bottom combos)
United States
Top:
Alexander Roman & Evelyn Alexandra
Bottom:
Soren Asa & Liv Astrid
They're not bad, actually! But maybe not exciting enough for my taste.

I'll have to include my guilty pleasure list, since that's where my highest ranking names are. I've also been really strict and only used the names I have as firsts on my list (some middles are way more popular).
U.S. List
Noah Gabriel Vincent (#1, #24, #101)- Good flow, so popular.
Elizabeth Evelyn Lydia (#10, #20, #96)
Lachlan Ephraim Blaise (#991, #972, #912)
Astrid Libby Sky (#989, #895, #887)
England/Wales list-
Evie Florence Imogen (#14, #29, #34)- I think Evie Imogen Florence would be better.
Charlie Noah Archie (#5, #13, #16)- Would have preferred Archie as the first, and too much 'ch' for my liking.
Alexandria Sally Persephone (#999, #982, #944)- Two of my top 10 names are in this combo!
Caspian Silas Edmund (#954, #931, #837)- Actually quite a nice combo, if very Narnia orientated. Still wish Caspian was below top 1000 here. Two of my top 10 names in there again.
I may have to move to the U.S. :p Most of the names I really love aren't on the list, or are ranked very low.

Same here! More than half of my list doesn't chart. Haha.
