Go with Samuel! Samuel Thomas flows the best. I'd avoid Henry, though, because the first syllable basically rhymes with the first syllable of your last name.

All nice names. I’m feeling most drawn to Samuel. Samuel Henry. But, really, most combinations made from these would be handsome. Congrats! :)

Love Samuel from your list. Alexander is nice too. :)

None of the names on your list are bad names in any way. But they are also very safe and kind of... boring. Can't go wrong with any of them.
Alexander is lovely but I hate the nickname Alex and the fact that people automatically shortens it. It would drive me crazy.
I feel the opposite with Samuel. It's okay as a full name but Sam is so much nicer.
Not really a fan of Arthur. George and Jack are probably my favorites from your list.Suggestions:
Eric
James
Patrick
Oscar
Peter
William
Carl or Charles
Benjamin
Marcus
Daniel
Joel
Jacob
Frederick
Oliver
Victor
Lucas
Nicholas

congrats!!!i think Samuel is the best (with Thomas or Henry especially), it's a very friendly sounding name to me. i also like Alexander and Jack. otherwise, i'd suggest maybe Edward, Isaac, Gabriel, or Louis.

I suppose George and Arthur would be less popular and therefore more distinctive. Jack and Alexander ... not really; not now. Good names, though. And I can't stand Samuel, but that's just me.If it were me, I'd use Thomas, nn Tom, as the fn. Thomas Arthur. Or, Thomas Arthur John (which somewhat allows Jack to get a look-in).

I like Thomas a lot but it's my grandfather, father and brother's name, and my brother has told me he'd like to use it as a fn for a son.

Congrats :) I like Samuel but mainly because you get to use Sam. I think Samuel nn Sam is really handsome. I wouldn't just want to use Sam. I have never liked Alexander and Alex is so bland and starting to feel really 80s/90s, I guess because I know lots of boys and girls named Alex born during that time whose full names ranged from Alexander and Alexis over Alexa and Alexia to more exotic choices such as Alexandrina and Alexandria. Alex is so overused for both genders. George still feels dusty to me. I like Arthur. Jack is a classic but it still has a slight 2010s feel to it.Samuel needs a more interesting middle name than John or Thomas considering, otherwise it seems a bit bland. Samuel Henry is nice. Arthur doesn't flow well with any of them, in my opinion. But if you love them and/or they are family names you should stick with them anyway. Henry is the best, in my opinion.Suggestions:Gabriel
Jonah
David
Theodore
Leonard
Leo

Thanks! I love Sam too and Samuel Henry is one of our favourite options right now.

Congratulations!
I think any of these would be a good comfortable name for a little boy to have. Arthur and George are my favourites. I'd probably have James on there too, & maybe Edward.

Thanks! I love James and like Edward, but there's already a James in the family and DH doesn't like Edward.

I like Jack. Jack Thomas is my favorite. Not a fan of Arthur or George.

My favorite name is Alexander, which would probably be my first choice for a boy as well. I love it! I also really like Arthur and Jack (that order). Not a fan of Samuel. George is ok. Congratulations and good luck!

I feel like George and Arthur have the most character. My favorite would be George Thomas. 2nd favorite would be Arthur Henry.I dislike the sound of Samuel. I'm neutral on Alexander and Jack individually but don't like them with the potential MNs listed.I wouldn't use John with a surname that ends with N, because I tend to think names flow better when all the endings have different sounds.

Thanks, I like George Thomas and the suggestions of Joseph and Daniel. Unfortunately we already have family members with those names.

I like the idea of a traditional / classic name. You really can't go wrong with them!My thoughts:Samuel -- probably my favorite of this list. Has a good meaning. Shortens to Sam, which is a cool nickname.
Alexander -- I like it, but it seems a bit long. Will shorten to Alex, which is nice.
George -- very nice. Strong, common without being overused. The downside: no obvious nicknames, no way of shortening it.
Arthur -- the most uncommon name on your list. Shortens to Art, which is cool.
Jack -- not a huge fan. Prefer it as a nickname for John.

Thanks! I really like Sam as a nn for Samuel.

They are all nice, solid names and you will be fine with either one. The only one I personally don't like is George, I find it a bit stuffy and I picture an old man in tweed. Arthur and Alexander are my two favorites from your list, I guess it depends on whether you prefer the super popular name or the one that's slightly less common. And how much you like nicknames. I love Alex, but I also think it would be difficult to avoid a nickname for Alexander. I really like Thomas and Henry from the middle names as well.
