I like Leo Alexander, Jack Carter (sounds like a detective! in a nice way), Thomas Xavier, Willow Sarah, India Sinead (the flow of this is nice), Ivy Matilda (very playful sounding), and Aurora Hazel.
vote up1
Elijah Jonathan - Nice names individually, but the combined "zhuh" and "juh" sounds make this a bit of a tongue-twister.August Noah - Good flow.Micah Jarrod - Ditto.Archer William - Not normally a fan of Archer, but the names go well together.Leo Alexander - Very handsome.Miller Samuel - NSA at all, sorry.Riley Ezekiel - Ditto.Jack Carter - Pretty bland / staid, especially in comparison to the other names on this list.Thomas Xavier - Very handsome.Jarrod Asher - The spelling "Jarrod" goes well with Micah, but I'm not a fan of the spelling otherwise. I think Jared Asher looks better, honestly.Lilia Adele - The ending 'a' of Lilia runs into the beginning 'A' of Adele, and together they kind of sound like one name.Willow Sarah - Like wind blowing through trees.India Sinead - Very interesting combo, and the names surprisingly go well together.Ariana Holly "Arie" - Elegant, with a cute flair.Sasha April - Don't think these two go well together at all, I'm sorry.Ivy Matilda - Unique middle name for Ivy, though I'm not usually a fan of it.Aurora Hazel - I'm one of those people who can't really say "Aurora," so needless to say it's NMS.Rose Molly "Romy" - Trying too hard for a nickname. I don't think Molly is a good middle name for Rose.Jade Autumn - Kind of hippie-ish. I like Jade, but think it sounds best with a more... "traditional" name.Zoe Scarlett - Lovely name.

Fae Georgiana Lilac is stunning. It's all sunshine and dewey spring meadows and chirping birds and just, soothing

I love Llyr, Fox, and Berlind. Dorian, Morgan, Margot, and Saskia are great too. Harith is new to me and I'm intrigued. How is it pronounced?
vote up1
I'm pretty positive it's HAH-reeth. The -th is really soft.

Ah, Saskia and Fox ♥

Myrthe is lovely. I've been looking into a lot of "Myrr" related names recently
vote up1
It's actually probably not related to the word myrrh or even mirth. It's just the Dutch word for Myrtle (which I also find quite charming).

Hefina is really interesting. It's pronounced heh-VEE-nuh, right?
vote up1
Yeah, that's how I've heard Welsh people pronounce it. I'd personally pronounce it with a real hard F instead of a V, but I think the V is charming as well.

Amadeus is so cool
I like Thaddeus - not in love with it, but it's a cool name, quite sensible and solid
Gabriel is a favourite of mine. I don't know why it's not more popular
I also love Felix. I think it'd be hard to use in real life, but it's a great name in theory

It's a tradition of this board for some years now, to report our top ten (or 5) names for each gender on the first of each month. The links for previous months and years are provided so we can monitor and reflect on any changes. RachelShaina also gathers the info and breaks it down statistically for each given yearYou have quite and eclectic list here :)

Leonora is really pretty
Emmeline is nice, a little bit mild
Lea - I don't like Leah as much, but Lea is very pretty
Emilia is nice, much nicer than Amelia.
Isabelle and Josephine are a little overpopular, perhaps to the point of boring, but nice names all the sameAlexander is timeless.
Theodor is interesting, but I prefer Theodore
August is old-mannish, but I like it
Leo / Leopold is a GP. Leopold is so uncool that I love it, and I think Leo's a really cool nickname for it.

Alendra is interesting and pretty. Is it related to Alexandra?
vote up1
AlendraFrom what I understand, it's like a contracted form of Alexandra. I first heard it on someone in college, and haven't heard it in real life since. The strange part was when I looked up past usage statistics to add it to this site, and found a bunch of late 19th century European men (mainly Italian or Spanish) named Alendra. No idea what it could have derived from in that case!
